It’s not that I like characters with faces “so much”, but what’s the fun of beating someone if I can’t punch them through their face? ;O
And like I said, all this talk of Doom is making me want to use him… but I don’t think I could run Spidey/Doom/Nova very well unless I’m running Plasma Beam. D: Oh, and I just don’t like Doom very much… then again, the only reason why I’m using Dorm is because of the synergy he has with Spidey… hmm, I’ll probably figure this out after Final Round, I s’pose.

Yeah, most likely. My sister, who is generally harder on me than my parents nowadays, actually supports me going to the tournament despite that Friday being her birthday, LOL. I just need to stay caught up on my homework, cut down on my spending, and discuss the game plan with my parents in advance and I should be all set! After this week, all free time outside of homework, studying, womanizing, etc. will be dedicated to Marvel so that I can be prepared to [S]get my ass kicked in a constructive manner[/S] get as far as possible in the tournament to show that *my *best is *the *best. Now granted, I won’t make it as far as anyone could hope or dream of, since this will most likely be my first Marvel tournament ever, but this doesn’t mean that I will let this hold me back; I’ll try and go as far as my preparation will take me.
I’m still up in the air with my training so I’m not even sure if I’ll actually be in the states for FR. I seriously hate being toyed with when I want to make plans for stuff. Anyways if I’m there we will get matches in if not then best of luck to ya. Till then still practicing Storm and Doom but will definitely pick up Mags
Mags is really strong for Spidey, he would have been the best second if his shockwave worked better with CA during THC. He also works very well with Doom. Plus, he’s got that white color that works well with both Spidey and Doom. 
Yeah ive already messed with them together I just have to learn mags but the synergy is stronger between Spidey Storm than it is Spidey Magneto. Only reason I’m changing is because I want a faster horizontal assist while keeping missiles.

Yeah, you’re the player that I want to play the most. I feel like we can learn far more from each other offline than we already have through our Terrible, Online Escapades. XDDD (I still need to upload the rest of those lulzy matches)
Yeah, he’s insane! Paired with Nova or another overhead hitting assist, you can raw tag from Spidey to Mags after a Web Throw or Spider Sting into the corner and go into Mags’ SIIIICK unblockable setup.
Mags also has strong DHC’s before and after Spidey, since Spidey’s sends most people mid-screen and Magneto keeps the opponent in the corner, locked in hitstun for those 4 or so frames you need for CA to kick in.
WNF stream has Richard N’s Spidey team. He doesn’t seem to be used to Spidey yet, but his Dante and Vergil are both really strong. Catch the replays later on the Levelup Live Channel here.

Rahsaan on the Big Two’s getting better. He teamed Spidey with Frank and Jean. Rahsaan still uses j:l: for his swing combos though, kinda find it weird since it scales his combo damage and HSD really bad.
To each there own it may be easier for him depending on his button layout

How is he planning to level up frank without spending meter? If he has frank solely for the assist, tatsu is way better, and even drones/unibeam.
I don’t think I saw a single spidey finish a combo that entire day. Both on WNF and Big 2.

i just came back from a tourny and just wanted to upload the only video i managed to get recorded. dont mind all the hate i get from the mic XD. the commentators are students from Trinity collage along with my opponent while i’m not but they are pretty cool people whom i respect.
feel free to critique my tech and keep in mind i wasnt playing with my stick so i couldn’t play at my best (i couldn’t punish Hawkeye’s Gimlet with MS, though i tried every time).

i feel the need to apologize that i used the UWT set-up lol but i really didnt want to deal with Strider and i knew that my opponent didnt know how to escape it but i informed him straight after the match cause i dont want to rely on it.

Grandfinals of a small 2v2 tournament we had. This might be last time I play Spidey/Doom/Arthur in a tournament, depending on how Spidey/Morri/Doom pans out.
Nice matches. I know the feeling of knowing you could do something if only you had the proper tools. Can’t really critique you on your playing since you weren’t using your stick since you probably would have played much better.
So many chances to punish Varjara assist with Sphere Flame (Doom’s hyper).
