I am based in the UK, Europe and act as a supplier to other people here. Who can I directly contact from the manufacturer to place a bulk order?

hey i have a hc4 +ps360 dual mod and iām getting 4.67 on my multimeter is it supposed to be 5.00? Often my hc4 disconnects from my ps4 and I need to press the ps4 home button to reconnect, but the leds in my stick donāt go out its weird.
Kind of sounds like the ps360+ is the board connecting instead of the hc4. Is it an 8 minute timeout? And have you wired a switch?
Quick question from a Playstation noob. I wired up a FC4 in one of my old sticks, but because I didnāt own a PS4 at the time I didnāt realize how integral the PS button was, so I didnāt solder/wire it (I just skipped it entirely - donāt laugh at me lol). I tested it on the PC and it works perfectly, so Iām confident my wiring/solder job is fine, but now when I plug it into the PS4 I canāt, like activate it. Does that make sense? Iām not sure how to tell the PS4 āHEY! Use this stick!ā Is the PS button totally essential? or is there by chance some other way to get the stick working without pressing the PS button?
Iām an old man and used to just plug and play
the ps button is required.

ā> the ps button is used to enable the controller and assign it to a profile
The home button is vital for ps4 use. Without it you wonāt be able to sign into a user. Youāll have to go back and wire up the home button to your stick. If you lack a button in thw stick you have some options:
-rewire a button like select to home.
-install a new button of some sort
-use electronics to use button combination to activate home. Imp v1 has that feature in the board you can use. You could also just use an OR logic gate chip.

i will check if there is a 8 minute timeout. I have a dpdt switch and when I plug it into my pc it detects as the HC4 100% of the time

Double check your switch too
there is no 8 minute time out. I played for about an hour no issues. then today i played and got the disconnect after about 40 mins of ps4 playing. pressing the ps button reconnects the controller and doesnt bring up any menus it just works again
could be grounding issue/static electricity
is your shield wire soldered in with your ground or did you snip it off?
Hey guys I finally got around to finish soldering the hc4 qanba stick but I came across an odd problem. Whenever I connect the stick to a console the qanbas board will light up blue but then go red and stay that way. Im pretty sure its probably because its not getting the data but I dont know. Funny thing is whenever I mess with the switch with the iron on the connectors, the lights flicker but wont properly function.
Anyone what the problem could be?
what is your setup and what are you using to switch usb

It is a qanba q4 plus hc4 setup from an online guide. Ive managed to get everything connected together but the usb isnt functioning as it should.
The guide follows a dpdt switch method where the data cables are connected to that with the power and ground shared between both pads. The qanba pad powers up, but it seems to not receive or send data well which is what Im assuming is the case. By accident, I found the lights flicker on the player indicator on the qanba stick as I ran the iron across the metal connector
how do you have your dpdt wired up
I connected the D- on top and D+ on bottom after asking here how it was supposed to be connected that a user named jdm was kind enough to draw a diagram of which I followed.
sounds like you either got it wrong or the wires are too long

Im going to mess with it once again later today, Ive checked numerous times whether if it was a horrible job done on the soldering or if the wires are damaged. Going to do it once again but can you explain to me the too long part? I have the wires soldered on the connectors all the way down almost touching the plastic part, should i desolder and cut them to only be soldered close to the edge of the connector?
Btw thanks for taking the time to help me, Im sure ill figure this out
no i meant the actual length of the wires, not the exposed amount of wire, although that can be troublesome too
please provide pics of your soldering job, of the switch and both PCBs

Never thought the length could be a factor, Id say theyre at the right length as the switch was placed along the same wall next to the usb cable and the data cables arent far away from the boards.
I clicked on the piece of paper and the chain but i dont know how to add photo still getting used to forums much different than stuff like reddit lol Im on mobile also
