Okay how many people in marvel are playable in tourney or high levels of play??? 9 or so.
So in other words there are like 25 or more kyosukes in Marvel
then there are in CVS2, where at least most characters are playable, and people dont have to resort to playing with storm sentinal and top tier all day, besides Zaza, but whens the last time you’ve seen a sick ass wolverine? The fact that most characters in Marvel are not playable in high levels of play is not your fault at all, so dont get the wrong idea.
The fact that CvS2 is a more enjoyable game for I.E beginners to
get into, and you dont get raped in 2 minutes or less, does not mean marvel is a bad game. I will agree with u in terms that marvel is about rush down and run away. Then again sakura cannot do a air combo into lightinig storm, into call sentinal out for his hyper drones, sentinal then performs air combo, into death. This takes all but 10 seconds, if that.
Its a little harder to gain meter in CvS2 than it is in MVC2+
you start with a meter, meter in marvel is like free samples at
Baskin Robins. Then again marvel is a different league of its own so I can understand why meter is easier to obtain, I also think that marvel is about chip as well.
This is just my opinion, so dont take it too personally, seeing as you didnt have anything to do in the development process of the game.

sak and bison can do 60+ or close to it. By the time they have meter, a CC will kill the character.

Yes… Zangief is much scarier than Todo.
For me Todo is just good when he keep his distance becuase of his short fireball attacks
I’ll admit todo is scary with meter in A, but not as as much of a threat as a raged zangief running at you.
although todo does fairly well agaisnt blanka.
what I hate on Todo is he has limited Special move. I hope they put counters on Todo, so he be like his student I forgot her name ( she’s in KOF)
i suck at CvS2. i realized it today. i’m gonna play marvel and do my 4004288459359385 hit combos. you idiots it doesnt matter if i suck or not but my statement remains solid. S groove is the worst groove. it has a few redeeming qualities but its not a good groove. next to A, C, and K grooves S groove gets outshined in every aspect. except for the fact that they have dodge. dodge is useful when you’re playing footsies with somebody else but then again so is roll cancel so is just defend so is parry counter attack counter roll everything really. S groove is the worst groove. and i challenge any S groove player to a money match. it really doesnt matter who it is. i’ll beat whatever S groove player takes the bet.
i know more people who play A-todo seriously than people who play S-groove seriously
i’ve seen more serious A-todo than K/P-gief as well.
in fact i haven’t seen a gief player in a tourney for a while.

B is dope with S-groove, but it still is inferior looking at the facts. remember when buktooth posted his little SBO2 pamplet on the tiers and groove rankings of cvs2? A-groove is top tier, C/P/N/K are all ranked together in the game group, and S is bottom tier. hey, the japanese said it too, so it must be right…
Your probally right, todo is not a bad character, and I actually used to used to use him. Im quite aware that S groove is used by few and I dont care if most think it sucks or not, I use it because I like it, besides I use A as well as S.

Theres really no need to get all hyped up over someones opinions
take it easy, your not always going to like people’s point of views or agree, but at least respect them. CvS2 is cheap cause theres roll cancels and Marvels cheap cause theres infinites.
