Really? I land it just fine with my Doom beam. I just time it when Doom’s about to unleash the beam. Either way, Doom and Iron Man beams are the best bet to combo after OTG.
I’m kind of sick of all the Wesker haters. Does anyone else seem to get alot more hate-mail with him on your team?
Just delay the gun until the time when Doom’s beam will hit. IM’s works fine too, and Magneto disruptor works most of the time, but a link to S after the beam hits is a very strict window.
You’re just kinda gonna have to deal with it now that he’s the most overrated high tier of the game.

is there anything left to do with wesker other then tele mixups lose ur glasses smack em around and do a reset over and over and over again? i think…hes getting kinda boring. we all do the same thing.
Ummm, go into Dark Wesker mode with XF? I’m starting to feel the same, though I like using Mustang Kick. I want to treat Wesker like a semi-Zangief type character. I’m wondering if the newbies who just spam with him feel bored after using him so many times. I mean, some probably do and just give up on the game.
probably, i hate uing dark wesker tho, online its just a win unless the most miraculous insanely bs thing to exist in a fighter happens and u lag while your opponent beats u up or somthing. but newbies the most boring. abcs bbcs otg throw otg abcs bbcs repeat
Hmm, I was wondering about using Jaguar Dash and Kick into combos now. I managed to do one combo with Jaguar Dash and multiple Cobra Strikes with Doom Beam. Also, I’m thinking of using Jaguar Dash as a psuedo-teleport and delay-cancel into Cobra Strike then cancel into H teleport for a mixup or M to get away. Has anyone tried using Jaguar Dash for mind-games and fast travel?
I’d say you don’t need to do that cobra strike on jaguar dash. If you connect with the second part of jaguar dash, which is pretty likely in my experiences, you’re + on block. It was something like +3 on block in vanilla, no idea if it is different now (if it is, it might be even more + on block). So you could probably just do something easy like mash on cr. L since the opponent would also probably be mashing on their own cr. L.
It’s -3 on block, but the beauty of the 2nd part is that you can still call assists during it. So yeah, it might as well be + on block. That’s why I asked about the teleport mixup/crossup potential because of the ability to call an assist during the H followup.
Oh, right. -3, oops. Anyway, in the land of theory fighting, I believe anybody who would have a 5-frame L could still get command grabbed after the block…I think.

iv tried using jaguar dash abit. buuuuuut…i kinda just get blown up by random buttons, might just be me doing things at the wrong time tho. its funny. evryone tries to hit u so i like to just run past em call assist when i stop and l tele back infront. dsnt realy fail unless ur too far.
You can try using it in a block string as well. 
yeah! might aswell start doing some different stuff with good ol albert. and with doom beam i wonder how many people see that coming
Wesker Hate is kinda like the shoto hate in SF. Everyone hates shotos and everyone hates weskers. Deal with it. I dealt with it by adding him to my team…
I actually like Wesker because of my affinity towards villains. I don’t know why, but I love it when he says “Do I frighten you?” and “You are beaten!” I love how Wesker shoots someone in the knee and then kicks them away in his command grab.
That’s why my team is Dorm/Wesker/Doom. It satisfies the dark soul inside me and it doesn’t hurt that all 3 just happen to be top-tier, have high health, have many tools, and actually have pretty good synergy with each other. I mean, look at my avatar too.

Umm yeah, it’s RDP + Attack. I don’t see anyone using it much.
