Looks like Dave gets valued more than what they give credit for. Man I remember years ago I had a “Dave” type faggot bossing me around telling me “you gotta upsell everything” getting all serious. His name was Oscar, tried to avoid that dude like the plague. They made that dude into a shift leader and I was really worried that I would have to quit because I didn’t want to work with him. I’ll never forget when I looked at my schedule during my stay in FF and I seen his and the head managers, both read:
7:30PM-4-00AM
Now, one particular reason I jumped to the night shift was to escape that dude! But the head manager was training him overnight because it’s slower, and I was like fuck that shit and called off sick. It only got worse because he started closing, worse days ever smh. Anyway, if you wanna test McD’s go for it bro. I still don’t recommend it, but shit I remember when my homie got told by his friend don’t go to this target that was hiring. He went in to see how it’s like and he said niggas was skipping and shit and he could see rainbows hahahahahaha lmao.

after 6 months tho? Usually the probation period is next to a year, and sessional workers work up to about 3 months max before they are let go. Never heard of anything like that, it sounds kinda shitty to keep somebody that long then let them go.
try to find a shift nobody wants to work. I went to the night shift because of that sorry ass dickhead but it really did help with getting my hours up, I didn’t have my ride then but it was not like I lived that far anyway.
Im going to be blunt with the new manager and tell her,Give me at least 16 hours total(8 hours for 2 days) and that im not going to work with Dave due to his disrespect.16 hours sounds good to me.
