the shows quality has gone downhill since they fired the original director near the beginning of season 2.
its a soap opera with zombies and some shock gore.
im just glad that the series is finally picking up

As i understand it, this sophia arc was all created by darabont, and that he is to blame for this shitty season. Things picking up now is because hes gone.
Heres a pretty candid interview with the new director thats done the last two episodes.
Well, as much as I liked Shane for being a badass, I feel he’s a cancer to the group now. Also he pisses me off as being the friend irl who tries to hit on his boy’s girl. Gtfo fake ass nigga. Whori is still a dumb bitch and she’s doing what typical bitches do by trying to turn friends against one another.
It’s either Shane dies or Whori dies. If Shane dies, alls well again. If Whori dies, Shane and Rick might get into a fight, but ultimately I think they’ll move on together. Shane is dumb… Homeboy should just get with Andrea and call it quits with Lori. So easy!
But yeah, this episode was pretty good.
If y’all continuously don’t like the show, then why do you all continue to watch it? This is strange to me.
I dunno guys, compared to the rest of this season, I think this last ep kicked a big bag of ass.

lol @ soap opera w/ zombies. Too true. The Sophia arc was done poorly, but I appreciated it for being a zombie based plot. Assuming they don’t copy the comic, I’m afraid the drama will become derivative just to pull bigger viewing numbers. I mean, all tv drama is pretty cookie cutter, but now it seems really obvious, if not forced. That angry teenager rant from Daryl was hilariously bad.
I still watch cuz I need to displace my Monday Monkey rage on to something else.

There were a few nice glimpses of Lauren Cohan’s fine ass on this episode… I forgot she had that much curve back there. That girl is scrum-diddly-umptious, yes indeedy. I continue to root for Shortround for hitting that shit for all of us. Shit, man… civilization is GONE and it’s not coming back… there’s nothing to for him to complain about since he’s getting the hottest girl on there on a regular basis.
*That guy getting his face chewed off was legendary. It’s one of the best kill-scenes I’ve ever seen on television.
I have to say, watching these episodes after reading the comments in here has definitely made it more entertaining for me. The anticipation of Olive Oil. Now looking forward to face nomming.
I saw that Lauren Cohan was in Vampires Diaries and made the mistake of seeing if that series had any merit. Has all vampire shit these days gone the way of the Twilight?
I was soooooooooooo afraid this was gonna turn into another rescue season when Lorie crashed that car. I was praying they wouldn’t look for her ass all season like they did with Sophia.
Sheesh, now the bitch Lori is pulling a Lady MacBeth on Rick. It really pissed me off when she told Rick that Shane LIED to her to get her scrawny ass to come back to the farm like he did some horrible thing. AND? Like stated before, Shane did the right thing. His only other options were to leave her ass there or knock her out and drag her back to the farm… I would’ve been fine with either one.
Isn’t it amazing how that little Hyundai remains showroom spotless?? If I didn’t know better I would say that they were a sponsor or something. 
Mainly because a black guy got his nose bitten off by zombies.
It’s a shame the shows great special effects are being wasted on a growing list of stupid plot points. It’s like they are trying to one up the dumbness every episode.
Do we really have to save this guy? Is this really the thing that will bring Rick and Shane to the breaking point? How to handle some random kid who was trying to kill them? This Parkour failure dude? Just fucking shoot him and run the fuck away. The ending of the season better be that giant herd of zombies they gathered attacking the farm. Why did he get on the roof anyway? Why did they have to get revenge for his two bros.
The first like 20 minutes of this episode were great from my “All I want are zombies” point of view. We got to see someone get their nose eaten and before that we got to see the great skin peeled bitey face zombie. I was also pretty excited that Lori almost was eaten twice. The second zombie was like “Yo” and I was like “OH MAN”
To end this post just remember that as long as people are doing stupid shit, BUT getting eaten in cool ways, the show will continue to rape in the ratings and will never get cancelled. I can’t wait to see Shane and Rick argue about Parkour Failure Blindfolded dude nextweek. I hope someone gets a titty ripped off.

Shane is a walking avatar for “the ends justify the means”. He’s done more for the group than anyone else but Dale (who just points his fingers from his ivory tower) was on point when he said “I may not have what it takes to survive but at least I can say I didn’t let the world take me down with it”. Laurie whispering shit in Rick’s ear somehow made me hate her more than I already do. Shane and Laurie deserve each other they are both horrible people and don’t let the show fool you into thinking Laurie has more than a single strand of moral fiber over Shane.
I really respect Rick for always trying to take the high road and be the voice of reason taking on the burden for everyone else like the default Jesus with a gun but Glenn is still my favorite character.
Only when the world comes to an end can the korean guy get the girl.
