On the Talking Dead Dave Navarro was calling out the executive producer big time on the show’s pace and the lack of zombies. You would’ve loved it if you saw it, major awkwardness~!

lolz This episode. Nothing too spoilerish so I’ll just omit the spoiler tags. The Olive Oyl line made me lol. Best line in the series so far. I think you guys don’t give Dale enough credit. That nigga has godlike mind games cus Shane is flipping his shit while Darryl just stands there looking like he smelled a fart and saying nothing. Laurie still sucks. Last scene of the episode was nicely done; very tense scene.
The Talking Dead was killing me because of how the people would just go in and ball suck the show. I only half watched it once when Aisha Tyler was on. I mean there ARE huge positives, like the zombie makeup being amazing and most of the cast looking exactly the way they should, but the pace of the first season was so bad. I was going to say it was funny that Dave Navarro was talking about pace, but then I realized he isn’t Dave Groul so I can’t make a “All the Foo Fighters songs are 2 minutes too long” joke. All white people names sound the same to me. More power to him for being an actual fan though.
Like I said before to you, as long as there are like 5 zombie scenes in the show (Or Scenes where Rick is being crazy) I am okay with that. I mean just have a zombie in the background. How many were there in this episode? Mom zombie scratching the girl, so she is sick now, and then got DEATHSCYTHED. Road Zombie, and then one Rick crazy scene. So we can count that as like 4 scenes so I am fine with that. If this is the quicker pace they are talking about I am all for it. Maybe Laurie died in the crash and will zombie drive the car back to camp and Michonne will pop up and cut her head off.
This episode was good because this is why everyone follows Rick. He is a badass. He’s supposed to be a little crazy. The only thing wrong with Rick show wise other then him being a nancy is that his accent is terrible. Having a british guy fake a kentucky accent sucks.
Black guy can still lift things and he’s killed at least ONE zombie so he isn’t shit tier like Laurie. I guess he is Dale tier because Dale can fix the truck. He’s also only really in the episodes for like 4 minutes, so it’s going to be hard for him to fuck up until he dies. Maybe he’ll meet Michael Oher’s zombie and get killed.
I’ve never heard the term Olive Oil before, so if anyone could enlighten me on what it’s suppose to mean, it would be greatly appreciated.

For the first episode after a long break, I would have liked a little more action than just another person getting separated from the group, because besides that we were treated to mostly symbolic do nothing scenes just to develop characters. I’m not saying there necessarily needs to be a zombie battle, but this episode just felt way too full of fluff.
That you guy’s are shitting on this epi i’m kind of surprised about.
I thought they did a great job moving the plot along after 7 episodes of hide and go zombie with Sophia.
Hershel was actually interesting for once and Rick was not being a bitch.

Then I snoozed for the rest of the episode, including “I’m going to stand behind nothing and slowly walk towards you after I shoot” black dude, again proving black = whack in the show
Then to top it off, fucking Enchantress Lori whispering shit into Ricks ears? What the fucking fuck?
Pretty much all this, I stayed awake though.

So whos killing Shane? 2 - 1 its Rick 3 - 2 its Carl and 4 - 1 Dale or Darryl. HOW is bumblefuck still alive?! This dude needs to die badly, I was hoping Shane was gonna be like you’re coming with me so I can feed you to zombies if I get in trouble. Also there are so many of “Herschel’s People” whose names I do not know at all.

I pretty much liked this episode was pretty good compare to what season 2 has been offering. Now im starting to see y everyone hates lori so much haha turing rick on shane haha damn!
