Hell if your opponent doesn’t mix up his pushblock timing, you can just dash through pushblocks even on groundstrings.
So the rabbit hole goes a little deeper with the welcome j.L os…
If you do a late addf j.L against a non-AG’d j.L they’ll land right into a meaty overhead when timed correctly (can’t be chicken blocked)…collect your combo.
If they catch onto this you do a early add j.S against a non-AG’d j.L they can land right into a meaty cr.L (stops chicken block)…collect your combo.
If you do a late addf j.L against a AG’d j.L you can negatve advanced guard and go for the throw again while they’re still in the air…collect your combo.
With the original OS if you suspect they’re going try and tech the throw you can just addf into st.L and counter-hit their j.H…and collect your combo.
i sent a message to fingercramp asking if they might do a magneto hit/hurtbox guide video and they said it was a possibility

EDIT, help me out here. Why can I do untechable throws with physical assists (Rising Fang, Shoryu, Rocket punch) like… 50% of the time, but get a 0% success rate with Plasma beam and/or drones? it’s pissing me off >: (

Random, but a few weeks back I heard Spooky talking about how Vergil’s Xf lvl 3. lasted a bit longer than normal…So testing out x-factor level 3 times, the thing about Vergils being longer or the longest seems like a false statement/theory, on average everyone I tested lasted about 20-21 real time seconds, not Marvel seconds, including Vergil…When standing there, buuuut when you are actually using x-factor lvl3. a.k.a comboing with it it last about 25-26 real time seconds. I cant exactly fully test it because I don’t know full extended combos with all characters, but with Magneto, because his combos last a while in xf3, and I know his “long combos”, he went from 21 to 26 while attacking, so the fact that Vergils usually xfactor while performing their long ass combos, it may seem like it last longer compared to someone using it to avoid chip or something.
If someone with a good camera or something can actually test it out even more in depth than I did, go ahead…or this could all be a small amount of time wasted, but I figure it’s not general knowledge since Spooky did tell someone Vergil’s was longer like it was absolutely true set in stone. =/
This was falsified a while ago. Every Character’s Xfactor lasts the same, the only difference is their taunt animations. I think also using cinematic supers or flashes freezes xfactor time, which will cause it to last longer( I might be wrong on this).
