what kinda set ups are ya’ll goin for after air tempest when you don’t have a TOD or DHC?
I’ve been in the lab for bout an hour just messing round on some set ups and hte most consistent things I came up with are
ADDF H,S, land, H > combo
or the usual grab

**** I did however once TAC down after an air tempest, I haven’t been able to replicate it yet, anyone have any thoughts/ideas?

#1: I’ve been thinking of cancelling into xfactor and exchanging, but what I have done a couple times was ADB xx Blast :m:. I’d love to hear your opinions though so please feel free to oblige :smiley:

Is the ROM loop difficult to learn? It doesn’t look hard?

it was free in vanilla, but I never really bothered to learn it in ultimate after a few failed attempts, mainly TK Disruptahs lol.

How many reps of the ROM can Magneto do now mid screen? I finally got this shit down, I just think I might be going for too many reps (Vanilla style).

if youre going straight to ROM after a hit confirm, you should go about 6 or 7 reps and then st. H xx hyper grav(you should be in the corner) or just st.H, S if you think the hyper grav will whiff

So i can do j.L LMHS into 6 reps? Hmm I wonder why it’s not working for me that many times. It’s like they fall too low after the 5th rep for me.

I would if I could, but I did give some pointers on how I learned it. Don’t know if you caught em. I am extremely consistent with my ROM now and I haven’t gotten a TKed Disruptor once since I started the method I use now.

Its not possible for some characters. Even 5 is pushing it when used against chars like RR and Joe. Personally I never got straight into ROM off of a grounded hit confirm. If I want to corner carry I’ll do j.:h:ADF j.:h: xx MB :l: into either plinked MB :l:, cr.:h::s: or SJ, ADDF :h:, cr.:h::s:. After that you should only need up to 3 reps of the ROM to fully corner carry and it does more damage as well.

Starting to get more into marvel, and am just drawn to Magnus, when practicing the hyper grav. Loop, should I be doing certain sj. And air dash directions or just whatever I’m comfortable with?

any will work, but I recommend doing SJ UF and ADD, since its the fastest, drops the least.

^ This. Also once you get used to doing the early hyper grav loops you can move up to stuff like the IADF variations for even more damage.

EDIT: Quick question about which one is louder than the other: Using my arcade stick on the floor (carpet) or on top of my lap?

Random, but its such a petpeeve for me when I see Mags in 2nd position on a team. not dhc/snapped/hardtagged into 2nd, but like if someone builds a team with him in 2nd.
