i think Ive tried that and failed… imma try again right now
thing is that the timing window for it is somewhat tight, so input during the combo has to be fast. also you have to make sure your combo beforehand was only 4-5 hits
my favorite loop version

recorded with a potato(camcorder in vga mode, sry guys)
the loop itself is very smooth/clean to do/pratice, the tricky part is after the first H hit
upback… hit (wait) dash (wait)…H H dont rush the loop, do very slowly and u’ll get it easily
btw, im a -3 day mag player, sry
edit: u can do the loop with up or upfwd too actually.

ps: cant do more than 3 reps (not 100% sure)
thx

Just posting this here… making sure everyone knows it’s possible, done with xfactor lvl1… if they are in the air. it’s still possible. in fact you can cross under…
i think i would have tempest at the HG but thanks for this
can you hyper grav loop nemesis?
EDIT: if not what if you use xfactor.
ROM,
soooo easy with large sized chars.
so can you or not? i saw a video where it said you can’t do it on nemesis.
You have to use this version The normal one won’t work.
Yeeep, I was practicing this the other day. Good stuff on doing the vid.
Do you find it easier to do cr.M or cr.H?
C.M gives me that good confirm into c.h. Sometimes i hit the c.H and they are too far away to get the S, so that’s why really =S
thank you so much.
So, I can’t get my hands to do air dash and then do Magnetic Blast. What’s the motion for it? Or is there no motion trick to do this more effectively. For point of example, please use addf or addb.
it’s up and forward. the thing is you can’t rush doing the dash and then the blast because you’ll get an air dash up magblast. so all you gotta focus on is j:h: adf j:h::u: :uf::f: repeat
Nonono, not for combo purposes. I mean in the neutral game. Like, addf and then do Mag blast practically as soon as you start moving. I see strong Mags do that all the time for zoning and I just can’t get my hands to do that, so I was wondering if there was a shortcut like I expect there to be.
do the magblast motion and end in down forward. then plink M+H~L.
So me and my nigga Balrog played a set with his cap/ryu/wesker team vs mss. I honestly think this team is a pretty solid 6-4 match up and the neutral game here is ridiculous. shield slash is a damn good move cause it acts like round trip in a way where if you try to block it then you’re still getting hit. plus when he calls the ryu plasma and cartwheels is really good. just don’t try to move if you’re already hit by hadouken because all cap can do at that point is magic series > shield slash or do another cartwheel. once you see that just punish him with whatever at that point.
now fighting this team midscreen isn’t that much of a battle because you have drones and whirlwind assists with your mag blasts and disruptor. now he could nj ss :l: or . what you want to do here is tk disruptors and call your drones. at most, he can do charging star to go through the disruptor or try another nj shield slash. the recovery on the air shield slash is slow enough for you to dash in and launch or superjump in (along with whirlwind to stop the ryu assist) addf j:s: s:l: mag blast…
once you get them to the corner the becomes highly in your favor simply because cap can’t do anything to get out of the corner without wasting a meter or two. my advice here is to combo them into a snapback for wesker. once you do that, captains damage gets dwindled down a bit without an otg assist to help him out. i try to lock him down with drones into a high/low mixup. any mixups will do here cause cap doesn’t really have a meter free reversal without trading into drones, so at that point you can combo etc
well that’s my two cents on that shit lol hopefully somebody learns from this.
Start of the round mash f+ :h: OS :l: Forcefield + Jam Session is so godlike. You can confirm off jam Session even on no forcefield Activation, and you get a mixup on block. Truly dominates the start of the round, sadly still doesn’t work vs Hulk who will only eat 100k damage while still tagging Dante, so it’s better to avoid holding forward at all vs Hulk unless you have a death wish as usual( + he has really good throw range so he might throw you out of Forcefield). The OS should work with Tatsu although I didn’t test and I don’t know if its possible to confirm.
that’s why we use x factor on characters we don’t like dealing with throughout the entire match. there is no reason for you to be holding back when your start of the round options are that godlike.
