Well yeah its definitely Hyper Grav but no one knows the method that he’s using to activate the glitch so far.
Guess he can’t complain about Magneto’s damage now.
it’s a training dummy glitch, I believe.
On a training dummy, the combo counter continues, even though the combo actually ended (so it was possible to tech and block)
However on a live opponent, holding back, the combo will interrupt.
At least that’s the case for deadpool.

But Vergil/Magneto is soooo cheap mwahaha. I don’t even know how to play vergil but I was running Vergil/Wesker/Magneto and that shit is so easy. I was just doing easy peasy relaunch combos and shit but Vergil just wrecks teams yo. I’m gonna put in some time and actually learn how to play him and Dante, I need to get on that top tier shit.

I think it’s the team scrub of UMVC3 alongside Dormammu/Wesker/Magneto and Wesker/Vergil/Strider.
I switched from Magneto/Vergil/Doom to Magneto/Doom/Vergil. Anchor Doom is just too ass.
Yeah I might just run Magneto/Strange/Vergil for when I want to REALLY ruin someone’s day, lol. If Strange goes down early, it’s okay because I got Derpgil in the back. I just wished his super lasted a little bit longer so I could still do my Ammy THC shenanigans.

Vanilla team scrub was Wolverine/Wesker/Akuma. In Ultimate it’s probably Wesker/Vergil/Strider.
The other two are also good but Magneto actually takes effort compared to strider xf3 orbs, and dorm isn’t popular enough yet. Also, should I be running Vergil on point or Wesker? I’m not really sure what works better because they’re both good at the beginning of the round, but Vergil wants the OTG assist for combos. But point Wesker lets me battery for Vergil…hmmm
Once I learn Vergil (basically just sword loops and learning to use spiral swords properly along with round trip) I’m gonna try him with Mag/Doom. That team has been on my mind for a while.

What assist do you run with Strange? I’ve never seen anyone run Magneto and Strange together so I’m curious. Usually I see people have grapplers like Wesker or Haggar with bolts assist, or zoning teams with Eye of Avacado.
XF3 Strider with orbs is pretty dumb but with Vergil/Strider, you’re more than likely going to blow XF on Vergil to OTG off of a Vajra hit. Making Strider scary without XF takes a decent amount of work. Dormammu/Wesker/Magneto TODs shit easier than almost any team I know since BBCS OTG fly CSS BBCS Purification xx Super does full retard damage.I would go Wesker/Vergil/Magneto so Wesker can TOD with Swords DHC, but then again I haven’t played the team extensively so I could be wrong. Vergil with loaded meter is exponentially scarier than Vergil with one meter.
I’m sticking with Magneto/Doom/Vergil for now, it’s an amazing team but it’s not without its weaknesses. Running Doom 2nd doesn’t allow you to kill off of a grab AFAIK whereas Vergil 2nd makes any grab go into 1 million damage but Vergil has no options against incoming mixups when your Magneto dies and Doom is a shit anchor. Once I get down the Doom infinite, killing off a grab shouldn’t be too big of a problem though.
Polish Mafia runs Magneto/Doom/Strange and he’s not bad.
Bolts for neutral, mostly. Whenever I’m not doing something like Attraction into Cold Star, then crossup Magblast.

During some casual matches Ive been playing lately, I’ve used Magneto with Dr. Strange a few different times. I pick the EoA assist because the entrance mixup is pretty serious with EoA combined with Gravitation.
Or if you’re on the corner you call EoA and then try to open up your opponent with either cr.:l: or a quick overhead.
