Are you doing the Aerial Delta Kick or the grounded one? The guide says that the aerial one is the only one that causes the ground bounce.

Btw, this is a little hard to do. Unless it’s timed correctly, the Kitty Helper will attack the opponent from the EX Charge input putting him into an air tech and letting them comeback.

I got some matches with that team, crystal creates some reset options but i’ll try jam session let me know what you think.

I’ve still been trying to do this consistently. Apparently, I can only get the Web Ball to ADK ground bounce to work on certain characters. It’s strange because I’m not noticing any size patterns; occasionally, the ground bounce will only work with a specific :atk: for ADK such as :l: ADK only working on Haggar. I want consistency. :wink2:

I’m a little intrigued by Amaterasu… any words on possibility of her anchoring for Spidey / Iron Man?
I had Storm in there, but I wasn’t feeling her movement although the Hail Storm is dope as. Magneto has filled that void, really liking the OS with DHCing into Shockwave. but I’m open for other anchors. Besides Ammy, I’m considering Nova or Iron Fist.
Note; I don’t repeat characters across my “main” teams so X-23, Strange, Doom, Chun-Li, Deadpool, and Strider are out.
Anyway. Any words on these anchors?
I would decide between Ammy, Nova, or Magneto. Ammy is scary as hell with the speed boost from X-Factor, and her Cold Star assist can be of great aid to both Spider-man and Iron Man. Nova has strong DHC after Spider-man and Iron Man, and is one of the scariest characters in the game with X-Factor, imo. Also, Centurion Rush is an AMAZING assist for several reasons that I will talk about when I finally get around to writing synergy summaries again (he’s next in line actually!). Magneto is great for the reasons you listed above and the fact that Disruptor is probably one of the best assists to fill that 3rd person gap for your team.
Edit: My post is a bit biased, because the only one of the three that I’ve really gone to great lengths to learn is Nova, and my main team is actually Spidey/IM/Nova right now lol.
Yeah I’m definitely dropping Iron Man from my current team. He needs a team dedicated around him but I need an anchor character, but after using Iron Man with Spidey for so long I need someone that’s going to over what Iron Man gave me as well.
Hmmm, so you need a strong, space controlling assist that will help keep you in but can also be used as a combo extender? Lemme think of a few:
Dormammu (Dark Hole)
Ryu aka EXTRAORDINARY Guy (Tatsu)
Akuma (Tatsu)
Haggar (Lariat)… lol
Frank West (Shopping Cart)
Vergil (Rapid Slash)
Sentinel (Sentinel Force)
Dante (Jam Session)
Doctor Strange (Eye of Agamotto)
And that’s all I can think of.

More than likely it’ll be Spidey/Storm/Dormammu with Dark Hole.
If I remember right, Dark Hole comes out fast stays long enough to pin, allowing the mixup, beats Tasks Triple Arrow assist (could be wrong though) and is a relatively good counter. The synergy would be somewhat down played unless I run Storm on point and have Spidey as the second slot but Spidey would build more meter for the overall team and Storm has an air loop after TAC (which is essential in this game now BOOOO) Plus everything can go into Stalking Flame :lol: which makes for spell building and raw tagging. Oh and let’s not forget all of Spidey’s combos can end in Dark Dimension now. Also I choose to run the team in that order because the Spidey/Storm THC is too strong.
Oh wow, lol, I’m retarded. Dark Hole actually has 50 frames of startup, but it still feels pretty quick. It stays active for a whole 33 frames, and has 10 frames x 3 low durability points, so it should beat out Triple Arrow BS. I can see your reasoning for running Spidey on point instead, but I don’t believe you can get the Stalking Flare trick going from Storm to Dormammu unless you land Elemental Rage in the corner. The reason why you’re able to build 3 charges and then raw tag to Spidey is because the height that the opponent is sent from evenly divides the time between each hit of Stalking Flare to give you a large window of whatever the hell you want. I’m sure there’s probably quite a bit of synergy between the two though. Maybe Lightning Storm->Stalking Flare might work?
I’m considering picking my Spidey-Dormammu team back up soon, in which case I may just try to run Spidey/Dorm/Taskmaster again or learn Spidey/Dorm/Hawkeye just because Hawkeye was always my favorite Avenger. I could just go IM/Spidey/Dorm… Hmm… Or Nova/Spidey/Dorm?
No there’s dhc synergy between the two other than chaotic flame but hailstorm pushes the opponent away so dhc’ing in certain cases to stalking flame will still allow the meter builds or raw tag with a distraction on the screen. Another reason I’m about to pick him up
