The Trocadero is next to Picadilly Circus, it’s a big building, hard to miss.
But you wanna go to the Funland Arcade in Troc.
The 3s machine is right in the corner of the first floor. You’ll see a great big huge escalator in the middle of troc, then smaller escalators on either side. The a couple of really small escalators on the right side.
The 3s and other back-to-back machines are under those really small escalators, right in the corner.
Just be ready to search the building for a bit. The Funland Arcade itself is huge and spans 2 floors (1st floor and 2nd floor of troc)… let alone the trocadero building, lol
Has anyone played Ken-Ju, up in the Family Fun part of Troc?
It’s on the Megalo where Guilty Gear X used to be. I think it’s one of Sammy’s latest games, next to no info on it…
They should put it with the VS city cabs, it might get more notice then.
oh well it looks like my plans for a tourney at uni ain’t gonna happen, the bastards wont let outsiders in, even if I started a society (I even managed to get 20 friends to sign up which as the amount required) the vice president of the student commitee said any events through the society will be only for qmul students otherwise there will apparently be too many security issues, so I thought forget it!
J Blaze- What the fuck is your problem you tosser, you have NO fuckin proof so come and prove it you fucktard you are so wrong about me lol, damn canadians. That comment of yours was totally uncalled for.

Hey, sorry if this has been mentioned already but we have a fucking awesome Namco arcade in Nottingham. Massive 55 Inch sit down cabinets with nice sticks. The games we have at the moment are: KOF 2002, Third Strike, Alpha 3 and Tekken 5. The most popular is KOF and we have some really good players, Justin who plays there competes nationally and Ben Mishima is the best Tekken player in the Midlands, one of the best in the UK. I mostly play 2002 but i’m probably one of the worst compared to everyone else. There’s a really good standard. The best time to come is after 5ish then it gets busy with lots of challengers. At the Weekend any time is good in the afternoon.
Only shooting games it has are gun games like Time Crisis unfortunately. The non fighters are Outrun 2, Derby Stallion and a good dance machine. Not really my kind of games but at least its a somewhat credible selection i suppose.
Seriously though if anyone from London/South wants to come up and play it’s only an hour and a half direct from St Pancras, if you want a good standard of new challengers its worth the journey.
When I worked in Nottingham, I’d always pop in to Namco when running errands and, whether I won or got utterly thrashed, the knowledge that I was getting paid to do so made the game that little bit more satisfying.
I was quite disappointed to see SVC and GG disappear from this arcade, though the replacement of MvC2 (to my mind the most inaccessible game ever made) with 3S has convinved me to start coming down again.
The only problems are that, as a boycotter of Microsoft, I have no chance to practice 3S (and I’n not interested in a four character demo) and my favourite titles-ST and CvS2-are unlikely to make an appearance.
Yeah I can confirm ben mishima is one of the best tekken players in Europe, let alone uk.
Also Justin is very good at Alpha 3. It’s worth knocking for those guys if you ever go Nottingham
Yeah I always wanted to to go nottingham arcade the players there are sick. Didn`t know nots has 3s.I hope the players get as good at 3s as they did at alpha 3.
i 've only read a few post. but i am going to kent in march to do some parkour. if you want a few quick games 2 hours, i can drop my crew off in bluewater for a while.
