ucla isn’t a great spot for weekend or tourney play… that is directed towards FFA…
its good for inbetween class gaming though, although i’m getting tired of playing against irritating blackheart team, msp, and random engineer scrubs that never get any better.

Hah, irritating Blackheart team. That guy gets SOOOOO mad if I beat him in MvC2. Especially since I rarely touch the game nowadays. Hell, I’m surprised I can beat anyone at all.
Where the hell is the GGXX comp? I’ve actually gotten decent with Anji, out of all characters. That’s stupid. Maybe I’ll try May next. Although now, my Ky is getting worse. I ate supers after doing safe meaty towards HS a bunch of times today. That hasn’t happened to me in a long time.
The only steady comp in UCLA nowadays besides 3S is SSV for some reason. There are actually some damn good SSV players here. Fuck Rimururu and Ukyo :mad:

As for the adventures against angry white guy, i think my funniest one was when i snapped out his two characters and killed his assist, he smashes the cabinet and goes something like “Awh whatever his name is, you gave it away again!!” :lol: too good
That angry white guy started playing cvs2 weeks ago. Made me stop playing the game for a few weeks. The game is not fun when you’re streaking against a guy whose face is stone cold and who hits the machine every other match. So I just lose on purpose, grab my backpack and run away for my life.
Maybe he’s a nice guy. Haven’t talked to him though, the serious yelling and banging freaks me out. Has anyone talked to him here?

Holy crap, it’s been so long since I’ve posted. I’ve been staying away from tournies for a while to concentrate on school and to look for a job, but that’s not a problem anymore–boo yah!
So it’s back to the arcade scene [even though there aren’t tournies here anymore, sigh…].
Anyways, about the AWG, I just keep my eyes forward all the time…avoid eye contact, don’t want no real life rush downs. I saw the MJG the other day, didn’t play him though. blah, cvs2 is dead…? Back to hyper fighting.

I would like to go, but I’ll probably only play GGXX. My CvS2 game is shot to hell from lack of practice. I’ll play all y’all though to practice up…as long as the SSV machine is empty (game is TOO GOOD )
