GGXX, the first six weeks was most active from noon 'til 1:30p. Minor activity Tue/Thurs 4p-5p.
UCLA 8th week is starting. I have midterms this week, so I don’t think I’ll be able to show up much to smack people around with an anchor and a half dozen dolphins.
BTW, CvS2 has been downsized to a standard-sized cabinet, but GGXX has been spared the humility.
Ditto for me. I won’t be XEBeasting on people on account of the same reason. It’s very likely that I’m going to stop playing CvS2 completely and start working on my 3S game.
Any MVC2 players coming in today?
ucla has tekken 5. I think family fun has it as well (was there last time i went)
I’m done with playing for this quarter, gotta start concentrating for late mids/finals. Let’s see how long i can keep this up.
I think I might stop playing CvS2 as well. I’m in one of those “I hate CvS2 and loving 3S” sorta moods at the moment after (finally) getting some decent wins with Q in the late afternoon today. Tauntx3 makes even grown men cry. :tup:
The machine placement is bad. People will have a hard time playing CvS2 if there’s someone on MvC and vice versa. They need to space it out and make that walkway again.
Ghetto tricks with Ken makes everyone cry. Jump! Throw! Jump! Shoryuken!
So why does Satsuki suck? She seems pretty broken with those OTG grabs to me, but she doesn’t seem to be played often.
Hi everybody! This is Nick (guy w/ long blonde hair). I mostly play 3S and use Alex, green-Makoto, green-Hugo, and others. I was trying to learn CvS2 again but then they took away the elbow room…DERRRR…I mean the “big-screen”: DOH!!! I saw Heng recently, again! He’s the tall Chinese (I think) guy who plays only CvS2 and uses mostly Sagat, Blanka, Honda, Guile, Chun and Vega in C-Groove only.

Hi pal 'Well, I was gonna try to go during weekday afternoons, but now I start a NEW job as a gametester for Activision that’s M-F, mornings to late afternoons. I start on M, 6/13, so I get 1 more regular week to play during the best hours. 'That, and Antonio will often be there after 6 pm on weekdays for 3S or to play pool w/ the arcade owner/manager or whatever exactly Guillermo’s (sp?) position is, so he might stick around, cos he’ll play anyone: he loves the game so much, that he even tries to get high rankings against the computer lol, so you know he’ll be around later hours sometimes, at least.

P.S.: Who is “Angry White Guy”? MY friend Mike Z. tells me I’ve seen him there before, but he doesn’t sound familiar, and not by his team, either: Blanka, Sagat and Vega in whatever Groove he uses isn’t THAT common a combo (combination, ya know

My bud Mike Z. says a lot of IDIOTS get hired and get to keep their jobs, even if they do stuff like sexually harass female coworkers and sleep on the job, just so they don’t have to hire new ppl and go through the training with them (among other reasons, perhaps), so maybe if I only grope a little ass, I’ll manage to KEEP the position (no pun intended: OY). 'Speaking of Mike, he said you can bring food into WW? NAWWWWWWWW: another prob w/ it, which again gives the advantage to FFA, although FFA has shitty controls sometimes, too! Lates peeps.
