Dunno…there’s really no reason for me to be there anymore (in terms of stuff related to school)…I guess i’ll be around if i’m visiting friends, or dining around the area…which’ll be random times i guess. I wouldn’t mind headin’ over if we can get a group of players though (or even head over to FFA).
As for the p-vid, I had it uploaded once, but because of it i totally smashed the bandwidth…and got suspended from the site…haha.

Oh ya sean, I’ve been playing a bit more w/ Faust lately…finally starting to understand how Roman Cancels work…still gotta work on combos, strats, blocking, and the overall game mechanics though. Isuka sucks ass…but that’s all I’ve got to work with for now…
If Sean goes, maybe I’ll tag along too. I’m not exactly a good CvS2 player, but I can always give a decent game (K-groover today inspired me to play more) and gaining experience is a ++. Though if there’s Guilty Gear around, I can always teach you and Sean some more stuff.

turns out i found out today that i need to order more transcripts for my teaching credential program…so…
ima be a ucla tomorrow. haha. i’ll probably be there from 11am to 5pm.
actually i do remember. it’s easy to remember certain players…partifcularly p-groovers…since there are so few around. maybe i get get some gg pointers tomorrow (if i see you there).
FFA has GGXX. They won’t get #Reload… something about their Isuka machine turning into a financial disaster. That said, their GGXX machines are back-to-back and are .jp cabinets with .jp sticks. The next-to-play protocol as I could figure it out is one queue per side, so that you’re basically betting that “your” side will lose and dequeue.
I won’t be able to go anywhere this Friday, as I’m moving (changing residence) through the weekend.
Ah, CableHViper, are you the asian guy with the lip ring that plays Marvel only? I’ve often times watched you play behind me while I’m at XX. I did notice people taping some games…

I’m Chris, the guy that uses C-Honda/Blanka/Chun and P-Balrog. Ratio2Desayuno is the other Chris, uses N-Ryu/Chun/whoever and A-Hibiki. Mad Tea Party doesn’t usually play CVS2, mostly GGXX. He uses Ryu/Kyo in diff grooves (K mostly now I think).
Also someone REALLY needs to teach me how to parry better in CVS2, I’m still so horrible at it lol. Perhaps I play too much 3S…

I never could get used to 3s, it’s weird but when I try to move around and jump the game just seems sluggish. and parrying? hell no.
cvs is so different that I usually don’t have problems beating 3s players at cvs, but you never know, some people surprise the hell out of you randomly
CableHViper, sorry for the mistake. Pretty sure I have an idea of who you are.
As for me, I’m Percival (kid with black rimmed glasses) and I mostly play GGXX (Testament / Anji). Every now and then I’ll play CvS2 with P Groove Ryu, Kyo, and someone else. Those of you that don’t already know me from the lunch time games won’t have a clue of who I am since I’m a first year… unless you’re Earnest or someone. Nice to meet you all.
