Well, for the record, Rob and I both got ripped up pretty bad at the last qualifier. We both had first round bye and lost in the 2nd round. Kubo ended up getting the spot, Karas/Ryu of course, so congrats to him, he deserves it.

Not one to shy away from posting videos of myself and Rob getting beasted on, the latest SBO qualifier vids of the two of us are going up on my channel.

Two Yatterman/Karas teams qualified recently, along with a chun/ryu.
Just wanted to ask, who’s who, the date and qualifier info.
Sunday the 3rd, the Roll/Casshern is me, the Morrigan/Chun is Rob (Heartnana), and the various other teams are Japanese people who I didn’t know. The qualifier was in Osaka at a place called OKA3, and Kubo ended up winning with Karas/Ryu, with the Chun player that Rob lost to taking second.
Any info of the next qualifier you’ll be attending? Also, are there video links too (downloadable or Youtube) of the other qualifiers?
Here’s the post with all the other vids I have, they’re on Heartnana’s youtube account. They’re a lot better than those ones I just posted. Anyways, I dunno when my next qualifier’s gonna be, hopefully soon but shit’s shut down in my little town cuz of swine flu.

I just checked the qualifiers list again. Still no polymar (sorry flush), and generally not too much exciting going on, except that there are a couple of morrigan players that qualified now, and there weren’t any at my last update. There’s a morrigan/ryu team and a morrigan/doronjo team headed to SBO now. Also yeah in case someone hasn’t heard a roll/cash qualified, it’s in psycho’s videos on the previous post.
EDIT: Also in case anyone cares, the last Kansai qualifier, AKA my last shot at SBO is on the 28th of this month, wish me luck!

Hiroda plays PTX pressure so well. Very patient. I saw him stuff up a megacrash grab trap in that match with doronjo, but he was probably going for a more damaging combo (one that’s better off left for when the opponent doesn’t have meter to megacrash)
That poor Lightan though…
My god, that Hiroda dude is beastly with PTX.
The match against Kurokama was tense towards the end there.
So who is going to be at the U.S. quals at ufo next week? It’s really sad that I won’t have much chance to brush up my game against anyone serious about TvC untill then. I go to UFO at least once a week and the only people that seem to be playing TvC aren’t really into and are just giving it a try for the first time.
Is anyone taping the Arcade UFO qualifiers? :wonder:
