^ We played this on the Wii emulated. IIRC itās superminās setup so Iām not sure what means he used to hook it up.
I have actually on my modded Wii and, come to think of it, I thought I saw a network feature somewhere on it. I never really looked into using it though. While the amount of people that would actually utilize this feature is probably slim to none, I wonder if we could netplay TF on the Wii?
Whoās Wii was that in the video? I want to test it with them and find out if this is possible.
EDIT: Zee it looks like you answered my question before I could even ask lol.
I wish jedpossum was around I want to know actual damage values of every move so I can have combo damage listed for a BNB post.

Shark reset for characters he canāt setup unblockables on. I think you can setup overhead sweep on arm/aska/shredder here though. Overhead dive/cr.lk works for sure though. Pretty solid option post dizzy.

Iām up for games and testing Hamachi + ZSNES netplay tonight @11pm EST. Post or PM if interested. Would prefer players w/in USA for now, just to test how stable this thing is.
Also updated OP w/ vids, guides, tutorials, etc. If anyone has something to contribute along those lines, make a simple post for me to copy/paste and Iāll give it a look before adding.
I dunno if there is combo scaling(I guess this is one way to find out). Also, which version of the game should I use Japanese?
edit:
Hacking Vampire Chronicles and figuring out the differences between the original arcade boards been taking up a lot of time.
I think US version should be the one tested/used.
Zee: the emulation is 100% accurate? Cause I have the game injected like a virtual console game and it runs beautifull (also that wii classic padā¦ So good).
This lead me to a question. Can I use the TVC stick with virtual console games?
Sent from my R800i using Tapatalk 2
if a game supports the classic controller you can use the tvc stick.
Yeah I donāt think there is combo scaling. I remember I was doing 4 chained cr.shorts and it took the same number to kill as doing them uncomboed. Would be nice to know for sure though.
No rush man. If I had the knowhow I would be doing this myself though. I WANT TO UNLOCK THE SECRETS OF TF
Not sure if itās 100% accurate but the brief times I did spend on the Wii emu version I didnāt detect any inconsistencies.
Alsoā¦that classic pad is a nuts! A retro-gamerās wet-dream lol.
EDIT:
Anyone know the different names for all known roms (excluding the betas) e.g. (US), (U), (E)? Iād like to mess w/ all versions extensively if it hasnāt been done already.
+1 on the awesome classic pad.
I just set up the excel tables. Been so long, I donāt remember how many sections there are in the life bar for the vitality based scaling.
Mainly made this pic to show the table. and Iām going crop a little bit of it for a tutorial on setting up ram watch to help make damage tables for other games. Hidden cause of the huge pic.
edit:
SNES
U and E was Tournament Fighters
J was called Mutant Warriors
On the Genesis and NES all regions were named Tournament Fighters.
edit2[S]:Huh, Leoās Jumping LP has 2 hits. [/S]
Deeper the jumping attacks are the more damage you get.
edit 3: funny how not having a space can hide a lot of your post
Double post:
This time explaining the transition are between regular life and red life. There is a small portion of life that gives you random damage to help it set up evenly with the red health section.
Here are the pictures so you know where the scaling will happen at.
Full Life = 96
Random damage zone at 30 Life
Red = 20 (Music doesnāt speed until youāre in the teens.)
Edit:
I remember playing what I believe was a German version of the game where all of the text was translated. And I have played (E) versions of the rom with the text being in English. Also think I saw an (A) version of the rom (Australian?) but that was a while ago and I may have imagined it lol.
So thereās some sort of damage protection that kicks in at around 20 health?? Deep jump-ins dealing more damage is pretty interesting too. Also, how is damage affected, if at all, during comboed hits?
Iām up for netplay games/testing tonight @10pm EST if anyone is interested. If someone wants to try for an earlier time, just post/PM and Iāll try to get back ASAP.
None from what I saw, only the health regions affect the damage.
Thanks for confirming!
Good to see that this is alive. I also want to mention that you can also play online with Z-Net I, somewhat a clone of ZBattle. I donāt know what happened to the domain name, but you can find links online (Authorās website here: http://darkakuma.z-net.cu.cc/ ). I believe you need to have Zsnes 1.42n and port forward, but there are sometimes a good amount of people playing online from time to time. I never tested the latency myself however. Just giving an alternative way to play online.
Also I seem to have lost the bnb post, can ZTB repost that on the OP Post?
*Youāre most likely going to get a 16 damage. To inflict less damage is only a couple pixels different positioning wise.
Edit:
Iām most likely going to stop doing Red health as it is just the regular damage just halved.
Edit 2:
Another Table Donatello
I totally forgot I was doing this with the work on Q-sound Iāve been focusing on and distraction of STās tournament battle mode.
I would love to put SFEX and SFEX2 music on the cps2 or at least Cyber Bots on another game.
Any way Armaggon
I do not think jumping HK is right, but those were the lowest and highest damage I could get out of it. I feel it could do 1 more damage either way.
how the hell do I fight arm with chromedome? Just lost 20 straight. Iāve always played wingnut in that matchup.
Work my ass off to get in then I eat derpy shark upper and lose.
late meaty shark upper frame trap to throw/other shark upper is tough to fight as well. reversal chromespark?
