Are you talking about “Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Super S - Zenin Sanka!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen” for the Sailor Moon game? I’d love to play that online sometime, I have a lot of fun with that one and it’d be cool if you could teach me how to play it better.

They never re-dizzy when I do it?

Raph can redizzy in many ways. If you are asking for the ones in the vids, you gotta time a VERY deep HK then HP then Chestpuster HK. Its hard but not just frames style.

Raph is crazy good. He’s the best in the game outside the Boss characters which I don’t count anyways.
But he is by no means unbeatable.
