So I’m cleaniing the floor while the kids are watching cartoon network, and suddenly Thundercats is back?! That shit was 20 times better than the OG Thundercats!!! Hooked! Does this always come on on Fridays and is it always going to be one hour long?
Yeah, the friggin’ Berbils. They just kept tossing out OG nods left and right. I like that they haven’t tried to make something for the current crowd out of an og franchise and left us in the cold. This shit’s pretty much for us grown-up 80’s kids.

Next ep is going to be 30 mins, and other following eps. This was the season premiere, which is why it was an hour long.
Clerics hyper rush-down and Mumm-Ra trolling the King were the best parts of the first episode.

I was teaching some kids who came over for piano lessons. After we finished they wanted to stick around some more and was bugging me to turn on Cartoon Network, so I was like…alright w/e. I go in to use the computer, come out a bit and see on top right there was some countdown timer “ThunderCats” I’m like, yeah, ok, why you need a countdown to show that…So then I stuck around and saw it was new and instantly went, bah, must be some shitty remake. Well, the kids went home after a few minutes and I kept on watching…and went gradually from okay, this is pretty good - this is interesting - wow this is damn good - my god, this is actually mad awesome! Came on to SRK and what do I see, hottest topic on GD! Just wanted to say, hype train is on maximum thrust for me!
The premiere was awesome. I didn’t like the OG Thundercats much when I was younger but this new show kicks ass. I got a kick seeing the Thunder kittens as thieves.
I was about to take a nap but saw this shit and it woke me up quick. Hopefully CN doesn’t cancel this one, as it sucks to remember that Samurai Jack is stuck in the future. He had his chances (in the show) though lol.
