Cheetarah from a storyline standpoint is basically setup as wifey material. She doesn’t nag or complain, is super supportive of Lion-O, and doesn’t shy away from showing affection. She’s like, the most unrealistic depiction of a female I’ve ever seen.:shy:
Fixed for the the millions of girls who would be perfect if it weren’t for the surplus ton of weight they’re carrying around. Affectionate as hell, and behind whatever man they can get 100%…but they’re basically hambeasts (or maybe they’re like that because at that weight, they really can’t afford to have ANYTHING else working against them if they want to snag a dude…).
Tigersharks, MAYBE. Not seeing Silverhawks at all, though. Just because they’re avian doesn’t make them Silverhawks. If anything, those were just Vulture-Man’s people.
Spoiler
It’s not the avian looking people that hint at the Silverhawks, it’s motherfrigging Mon*Star
Ah, shit, wtf’s wrong with my eyes? I didn’t even fuckin’ notice. It would be fucked up if he were a thundercat as well…
[details=Spoiler] Ok this one could be REALLY REALLY huge and I’m not sure exactly what it means but look at this…
“In fact, (spoiler alert) when we release WilyKit and WilyKat in the 6” collector scale we will be offering them together in one package to ensure the collector gets the value they deserve. In addition, there are a few characters like Mumm-Ra’s final form that are so big we will be releasing them in an entirely different scale just so that when placed next to the rest of your 4” collection it all aligns with the figure-to-figure sizing featured in the series. Certainly a challenge but one that the team at Bandai strives to overcome.”
-Another- form other than the ever living form??? This would be really really something.
He already had something like this in the original.
[details=Spoiler] Yeah I watched it back in the 80’s. The “Super” Mumm-ra like a last ditch effort kinda thing where he destroyed the tower of omens but not the thundercats. That was more just a bigger Mumm-ra ever living with the sword of plunn-darr. Then the ancient spirits of evil got “rid” of him after he failed.
lol wtf Mon’star cameo!!! aka the bad guy from Silverhawks?? silverhawks and tcats in the same universe = mind blown…they did have the same voice actors as the tcats…

Spoiler
ot sure if it’s the same thing, but he changed into “Mumm-ra the All Powerful” three times in the original series. More than likely, this means we’ll see more of this here, or it’ll be the last form they face him as during the finale.
[details=Spoiler]Oh ok so he was actually called that in the show.? I forgot about that. Was he considered that when he was inside the book of omens for the last episode too?
So curious when are the toys going to drop for the show and what is good to get from this?
Toys are 99% of the reason why the show exists. Buy them kiddies!
Hmmm…that chick sounds like Cree Summer. You know, If Lion-O continues throughout all of the thundercats’ history via the book, he could emerge like he did in the Thundercats: The Return comic. Total bad-ass master of all Thunderan martial arts and weapons.
dis nigga mumm-ra got the infinity gauntlet hahahahha
lol@ the return of the jedi platform
lol lion-o the all powerful?..hmmmmm more than one silverhawks reference maybe?
This episode was very good, I’m liking the direction this is going. More stones means more awesome in my book.
i died when i realized that mumm-ra is this universe’s thanos
That was a good ep. I’m really loving the mythology of this series. I thought the ‘all-powerful’ forms were a good idea… I like Mumm-Ra’s design, but Leo/Lion-o’s was kinda goofy looking. There’s a pretty good setup there for upcoming arcs too… This series is really rubbing me the right way.
Now if the actual plotting/characterization was just a little more fluid…
