The Suits Thread

Nah, he’s better. With most villains, they’re out in the open with it.

Stephen, he played the slightly incompetent good guy to cover up the fact that every single one of his moves was to cover paying off a murder. That’s just…brilliant.

Like literally…all of his moves are explained from that fact. It’s going to make a potential rewatch of this season more satisfying.

Yeah I agree he took shit to another level, The writing for this show is fucking brilliant and fantastic.

And yet not enough people talk about it.

Though at least this season I can understand since it’s running during Breaking Bad season.

Is this show worth picking up again? Not sure how far I got. I stopped watching not because I got bored of it, but because I kinda ended up forgetting about it.

It’s up to you. I’d say so but I’m biased. If you got bored of it, then maybe it’s not for you. Happens to everyone.

Hated the whole cat trial. Did like how Mike fooled Dennis though. And was Colombia the only law school Rachel got into? What about Stanford? Whose rule is the Harvard only rule? I can see louis breaking the rule to make Rachel his associate. Speaking of which, Where’s the blonde attorney been?

She probably did get in others. Stanford wasn’t the first choice, just an extra one to cover all her bases.

As for the Harvard Rule, dunno. It was engrained before Jessica and Hardman took over so who knows. With Rachel’s good will around the office and some pull from the right people I’m sure she could practice at Pearson…whatever the name will be at the end of it.

As for Katrina…I have no clue. Probably doing other things.

They’ll bring Katrina back when they need to create some additional tension in the Mike/Rachel relationship. It’s pretty much all her character is good for at the moment considering the other story threads that going on.

Suits - S3 E7

Spoiler

Huntley has piano skills, too?
I bet if you listen closely, you can probably hear Donna’s panties dropping to the floor, lol.
There’s Harvey to interrupt the moment… with business between men.
Them’s fighting words, Mr. Specter… the throwdown/beatdown is when?

Louis doing so much for Nigel’s cat, Mikado.
Oh, shit. Nigel is back early. But wait, Louis doesn’t give Mikado back quite yet.
lol @ Louis downing the milk.
Rachel with the sneak ops to get Mikado to Louis, but Nigel finds them via RFID pet chip/tag stuffs.

Evil Birdman and the mystery man Meringa appears and says that he actually talked to Ava.
Later, Ava refers to call stuffs and Jessica goes in on her.

Really, Louis? You want the cat that bad so you want to go through a mock trial for custody stuffs?
Fuck you, Nigel, for ‘sending’ Katrina off to some training program in Barcelona(?) just so Louis can’t recruit her.
Louis instead recruits Rachel.
Dude’s had a shit time at work: losing the associates, the fallout with the Mike thing, seeing Harvey’s name go up on the wall.
Yeah… he needs this.

Jessica to Harvey about No.1/No.2 stuffs was a interesting statement.

Mike, what are you doing? Jessica told you to do some work…
… which you did at Evil Birdman’s office. Was pretty obvious though.

Long-distance phone call with the managing partners.
The news is out on Harvey’s plan with the indirect/runaround effect on Jessica, regarding the merger.

Louis vs Nigel - Mikado custody battle
With Rachel assist, Louis is off to a good start.
But wait, Nigel flips the script regarding associate stuffs.
A witness? Could he mean?
Oh, shit. There’s Harold.
The look on the faces of Louis and Rachel…
Harold remembers what it was like to work (suffer) under Louis’ rule.
Things are looking bad for Louis, especially with the info stuffs on Louis’ other/past cat Bruno.
Rachel with the turnaround, making Louis’ treatment of the associates actually looking good, compared to Nigel.

Donna and Huntley… over?
Did she channel Harvey for a bit when she told Huntley off?
Donna was in for the personal, while Huntley was in for the business.

It looks like Louis may have won custody of Mikado.
But wait… Nigel proposes a settlement offer: Mikado or the associate.
What you gonna do, Louis?
Louis chooses the associates, with Mikado returning to Nigel.
A reward for Rachel, from Louis… Columbia Law School acceptance letter.
Congratulations are in order, but what about the ‘Harvard-only’ stuffs at the firm?

No.1 and No.2 having a talk about the merger stuffs.
Looks like they are on the same page about some things.

Ooh, an urgent meeting with some stuff that Mike had found.
WTF… Huntley is responsible for the Hessington Oil case stuffs as the major behind the scenes player/fixer for Darby.

Harvey storming off to find Huntley. Soundtrack BGM assist… Could this mean the throwdown/beatdown is now?
HERE WE GO - Fight!
Harvey making good on his words from the beginning of the episode.

best episode so far. holy mother of god this show is great. i did not see that coming at all. DAT TWIST

if you dont watch suits i feel sorry for you. also good for you rachel, and also u mad donna. :stuck_out_tongue:

dat plot twist hahahahah holy crap. lol@ worst choreographed fight on tv all year.

I’m sure there’s worse but obviously we’ll all give a pass for the lack of choreography.

Though to be honest, I would’ve had it just be a squash. Five minutes of Harvey beating the shit out of Huntley.

They’re lawyers not martial artists. Their scuffle was believable imo.

Considering that this is only episode 7 this is a major twist. It’s funny how they made the Brit dude from a snark, to a liar, and finally the center of a murder plot they were had a impending trial on. This was the glue needed to bring Harvey and Jessica together, common enemies.

Jesus Christ Louis Litt needs to get laid. All these shenanigans over a freaking cat?! If this guy didn’t have a successful career he would’ve probably offed himself by now.

Whatever happened to Louis and the Harvard admissions chick? He can’t be that lonely and desperate for feline-only companionship.

But Harvey with those punches! That man makes promises and honors them ten-fold.

I said it didn’t I? Stephen is a magnificent bastard and this episode only solidifies it.

They broke up a while back. The last time they got it in was just a relapse.

Oh damn, I guess that man does need the pussy…

Well it’s not like he’s Harvey who can get it in mid-case. Louis don’t got that kind of outside time.

lol doesnt matter…i wasnt comparing it to a martial arts movie. im just comparing it to random fights on tv shows.

What? lol no, I’m talking about the cat. He needs the cat…

this show is getting boring/becoming a parody. That cat plot was boring and dumb.
