Eh, I think Mike is way passed that playing in tournament phase. There’s only one place people in his 30’s like him go if they aren’t winning tournaments like other people in their 30’s like Daigo, Justin, and whoever else. They become a TO, commentator, or get involved an E Sports organization.
Exactly what I said. Do you not think your comment was ignorant in any way? I won’t deny that people can be extremely sensitive, especially in current times, but “That was it, Mike seems really sensitive sometimes. It didn’t seem that bad”? It’s mainly the “it didn’t seem that bad” bit. It’s pretty bad.
EDIT: For a forum that discussed a transgender woman only to have said woman come in and verbally body niggas ninjas (because offensive, right?), I’d say this conversation is pretty standard for this “Street Fighter forum.”
Sako is like 40 something and Valle is past 35. Its not an FPS you’re actually better off being older as long as your reactions are good. If you’re not the most busy family man ever you can make it work
My reactions are still pretty good, especially with the AA DP. The only thing I’m having trouble adjusting to is teching throws but that’s because it’s a new mechanic (SF2 regular) and I’m not used to looking for it yet. I’m the type that it takes me a while to identify the negative behavior before adapting.
Yeah, i’m fully aware of how different the FGC’s age demographic is compared to other genre, no need to explain. But even with that being said, that’s typically what happens though, prominent members usually just eventually become TO’s or apart of an organization in their 30’s. (not saying all the time) Mike just seems like he’d be better with a clipboard and microphone now a days, then on a fight stick, could be wrong, would love to be wrong, either way, Mike Ross is always gonna be Mr. Hollyhood.
I love young mid 20’s Daigo, he was always changing his style, the way he dressed and his hair.
He would always dye is hair, wear a beanie, and just look like he’s living the 20’s life. But in this video he didn’t die it all crazy like he’s done before.
It is with a heavy heart and all our love for our team that we are unable to personally financially support a team moving forward.

The news directly affects a number of players that includes Chris Tatarian (who has only been on the team since EVO 2016), Mortal Kombat specialists Bryan ‘KitanaPrime’ Benzing, Ryan ‘Dragon’ Walker, and Ryan ‘Big D’ Ryan DeDomenico as well as Austin ‘Dath’ Brown from the Super Smash Bros. 4 community . All the players announced their return to free agency following the announcement from their former sponsor.
“EvB closing is rough, [they were the] first company to give me a shot In management,” EVB Community Coordinator Nick ‘Gweedo’ Guajardo said. “It sucks when you see a good company go through tough times. I look forward to seeing if they make a comeback.”
Tatarian has established a strong record this season in the Capcom Pro Tour and is looking to secure a global points berth to compete in Anaheim this December. Since he took 9th place at SoCal Regionals, his performance at Canada Cup next weekend will be of great importance.
I don’t understand how fgc sponsorships even work.
Like what does the sponsor get out of anything? Take eg for example. Wtf do they get out of any of this? What does e.g sell? Is it about advertisements?
There’s an ever growing subspecies of the human race that seems to have replaced water entirely with monster drinks. We all know at least a couple of people like that.
