Only thing that keeps me playing this game is alex he’s fun to use.
KOF is sort of like a SF game in that the application of space control is somewhat similar but ultimately with the mobility options it comes out completely different. I’d say KOF is more about mastering the system while SF is more about mastering the characters. You could interchange the cast and have them work well in the others system but really if you wanna play KOF you’ll need to completely restructure your approach.
What I’m hoping story mode will be
>decent voice acting (I know I know it’s a FG)
>actual cohesion that really give you the meat of SF lore (basically no bullshit retcons to explain shit away)
>lets me fight with all the characters that story is focusing on
>shows at least 10 character models that will most likely be in season 2/3 and so on
>cool fucking fight scene
>lots of Cammy
>final boss is Ono

This transition to SFV made me think of something the other day. Why should the FGC allow random corporations to dictate what they collectively play?
It’s almost like if the game of tennis was owned by Tennis Co., and after Tennis 1 had its run for a few years they came out with Tennis 2 with moving obstacles, and everyone just mindlessly switched to Tennis 2 without considering whether Tennis 2 might suck.
