I like her default a lot though, her story mode costume is…eh. Not really fitting for her.
Many story mode costumes come off as after thoughts, and are clearly meant to be bought with fight money. They are hoarding all the good stuff for the zenny store.
Not really upset with the story costume as I think her default is pretty dope already. Besides, most story costumes are lame and boring. Her premium better not let me down though.

Ryu, Ken, Vega, Gief, Dhalsim, Bison, Nash, Laura, Karin, Mika, Alex, Guile and Birdie come off that way.
Chun, Cammy, FANG, Rashid, and Necalli’s story outfits are pretty good though.

I disagree with this…but more on principal.
I’m honestly thinking the issue is on both sides. There are Capcom fans who believe the gameplay is done right and everything else went to shit and those who just don’t see it and believed it’s worse than SFIV in that same department.
But then you have people not on either side who are just plain tired of how people would grill other fighting games and shill Capcom(THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT DO THIS) because it’s Capcom, see SFV is on life-support and seriously wants to pull dat plug while rubbing it in their faces.
This is also why I said SFV is on life support and still is: They can have 20K-40K-100K people watching on stream and 10K playing at EVO…doesn’t matter if no one new wants to genuinely play the game. Because remember, Marvel 3 is doing well itself for a game with ZERO support from Capcom for the longest…doesn’t suddenly mean it’s not on Life Support either since without people valiantly pushing it, it would be dead too.
Yeah his is one of the better ones. I’d say Hot Ryu, Alpha Ryu/Ken, Chun-Li, Bison, and Necalli are some of the better story mode costumes. Most else feel intentionally subpar. I guess it’s a tolerable business practice, more so if they actually kept to their word with the stuff you already paid for. But since they are being shitty, it bothers me more.
At the end of this year after they release the balance patch they absolutely need to rerelease SFV with a new marketing campaign promoting everything they added. Thats the only way I see SFV growing again. If they rerelease it for a lower price point, launch a F2P version (por favor), and have a good enough marketing campaign I see this game selling at least 500k to curious people.
