can’t login to servers. so I start in offline mode, where it gives me a menu telling me how the online features work. I literally cannot find a button on my keyboard, mouse, or arcade stick that makes this menu go away. I have pushed every button.

I exited the game, came back, then one of the buttons made it go away. maybe just an early launch bug.

Keyboard control support still garbage, can’t rebind keys to anything but the default bnmk/ghjk. wsad / arrow keys for directions. No choices, it’s actually a little uncomfortable for me. If I were to use keyboard I’d prefer arrow and asdf and qwrt for attacks or wsad and iop/ and kl;’ to keep hands further apart.
Button prompts still shown as 360 controller inputs when trying to bind stuff for keyboard.
No mouse support for menus.
No benchmark so you dunno if the guy you are facing thinks that 40fps is ok to run the game.
No controller support for anything but x-input. we know that is coming later but should have been at launch.
V-sync cannot be toggled as it’s own option, it seems to be tied to effects and is not listed as part of that.
Still surprisingly long load times for PC. I wonder if the actual game has loaded and then it just sits there for a preset time regardless.
Changing resolutions requires you to pass through every resolution to get to the one you want. If you were to want to play the game on 720 you have to pass through and let the game attempt like 6-7 different resolutions rather than simply selecting it from a list.
V-sync is actually default on not off.
I noticed a lot of tearing when I have graphics max and effects low. I had lowered effects to reduce/remove motion blur which I find annoying.
If it’s default on there is no way to select v-sync as it’s own option which is still a large mark against it.
If you are having trouble getting the game to start up at all, not the login issue, disable AVG Antivirus. The game simply wont run for some people with AVG on. AVG doesn’t even tell you it protected you or something, the game simply doesn’t start after you run game on steam, even with low spec version.
