It was just automatic for me. Went to Chun-Li and it was there.
Eternal was already taken, likely due to the early PS4 street breaks and the server reset not happening right when launch occurred. 
Went with a backup name, o’ well.
If you run into Eternal, it ain’t me. Just a heads up.
