Let’s try it.
I won a set though.

I might be available for SG tonight but I haven’t played it in probably a year or two
First off, I totally agree with you.
But honestly it’s just semantics, so no use worrying about it.
Personally, my tier ranking system is as follws:
Cool character I wish I knew how to play- tier
The character I actually play- tier
Cheap ass, annoying shit- tier
Looks really cool- tier
here for people to jerk off to- tier
Everyone says they’re really good, but I’ve never seen it- tier
That one pro is really good with them, so people think they’re good- tier
Probably bad, but I don’t care enough to find out- tier
Nope- tier
Why is this a thing?- tier
Feel free to use it!
RushdownV2 freed up NLBC 4-0 by himself…until he got to Idom who OCV’d the entire Reddit SFV team. If it isn’t clear I’m just giving shit BTW.
I’ll have to see if i can get a pad or some shit to work with skullgirls.
These are rookie numbers, are you kidding me, do you know when was the last time I played this game?
When I played against Zio and Dime. This shit is so old we were all Discord goons.
I immediately regret everything I’ve ever done.
Oh well, it ain’t like I don’t get smoked every time I play FGs anyway.
What happened the last time? Iirc your stick wasn’t connecting on your mac and cheese or whatever?
Yeah, more or less. A brooks board wouldn’t work, neither would my qanba. a PS4 pad would probably work, and I also have a steam controller, but that would probably be worse than a keyboard. I could always just type at you, all else fails.
Same. The work of a scrub goes underappreciated. We feed all y’all’s egos.
It’s kind of hard to actually suggest something without thoroughly looking up how mac and cheese works, but maybe you can configure them on Steam’s Big Picture if your mac is actually recognizing the devices.
If it’s not recognizing the device itself, you’ll probably have to look up some program that can work as an “adapter”.
You might find something more concrete by googling it.
Man, Ryu is fun as hell. Nothing like parrying a V-Reversal (shit mechanic) and getting a max damage punish.
Unmasked!.. Even further…?
I am sorry, but fucking no, you brought out the fact that you asked for Cipher to be banned out of fucking nowhere, and now you wanna pin this on me because I pointed out the wholes in your take? I simply fucking replied when I saw the post because I find it hilarious.
Your argument is flawed my man, and it pisses me off that people get a pass here but we get mad at Cipher because a couple of people pussied out of the forums because, I assume they still play SFV and know full well how terrible the game is and being reminded on a daily basis makes them cry.
It was their decision to leave, give it a rest.
And if you really just want this discussion to end, just don’t reply, I’ll understand, you have your PoV I have mine.
I didn’t write anything that contradicted what you said. I know the stronger button only wins on the same frame, but since the moves in SFV have so few active frames, that happens quite a lot.
The fun stops when you actually want to play neutral. This man is a T-Rex.
At least his offense is kinda functional now?
So I hear. I don’t believe his stagger pressure is any good, right? At least my combos are cool.
Right, but you pretty much alluded to lights being useless in neutral. I responded to your post because I noticed a lot of people complaining about the priority system when in fact it’s not really a problem in my opinion. 3rd strike used the same system and nobody complained about it then. I get that CC’s offer a bigger reward, but it’s still only during a trade, and with the reduced input lag I don’t think you can really blame the game for getting crushed countered anymore.
Unless you’re psychic, you can’t avoid being crush countered when throwing out a jab, it’s up to chance. Lag has nothing to do with.
Cipher brought up the ban, not me. If you or going to continue bring this up the pay attention to converstation. Why are YOU obsessed with this.
This was over 7 hours ago. WTF is your problem. Why are you, wasn’t even involved in this the first place trying to be Cipher’s Matt Murdock. I’m legit pissed off now. The fuck you get off lying on me.
I honestly think Ryu is best played defensively, though do take that with a grain of salt, we all know my winrate.
I don’t really know anymore though, he’s got significant buffs after getting destroyed in 2.0, so I think he got what it takes to be a solid mid-tier.
The big problem with Ryu is that his normals are so shit that playing neutral, which should be his selling point since he’s a shoto, is just not fun. It’s a terrible experience all around.
You’ll really want to be in the opponent’s face when on offense to have the threat of a tick throw off St.LP, besides that, my experience is that the opponent can really just block and you can’t do shit about it.
Well, I’m off to play some Skullgirls, so if y’all hear sudden thunderstorms and generic doomsday signs, it’s just that.
Yeah but VT1 nullifies those problems entirely. You’re supposed to zone out with him. The real issue I have is with the speed of the DPs and of cr.HP as AAs. Otherwise he does mental chip damage.
