the sheer amount of defensive options you had to deal with in mk11 really did feel like too much between that and all the rolls, armored wakeups, etc…
though I think in aftermath they’re supposed to give everyone at least one armor breaking move which might help with that? I dunno
Starting with the Aftermath update, everyone’s going to get moves that negate the breakaway like Spawn had at first. Speaking of MK

Well how do I put this?
I know behind a Spoiler.
So I meat this guy somewhat 8 years ago, via playing SFIV.
I was slowly getting more serious in FGs, so I was happy having some similar people of my skilllevel on my FL. Some are still on my FL, who I play for funnsies with, mostly good friends by now.
But this guy, this guy was different. When I played with him for longer periodes of times, he got incredible mad at me.
I didn’t understand why, he just told me I was using cheap stuff to win. Me being confused asked what he’s talking about. He went offline and didn’t talk with me for a week.
That happend every so often, but it was never anything major.
Then I went into FFXIV, what he also played.
And it took a month till he got real mad at me, cause I cleared the current Endgame content, at that time the 3.4 content of Heavensward.
Why? Well I didn’t fucking know?!
Then we both played GG, cause we both were dissapointed by SFV and he was swarming how great GG is and I should play it. So I saw some Gameplay, saw Ramlethal and decided, yes I will play this game. He loved Ram at that time.
Fast forward a month and GG had become the worst FG in history and Ram was a cheap overpowerd character, who took no skill to win. Disclaimer, he was playing May.
Thats also the same guy who ragequitted against me last year as I was getting into the game again and was playing Pot.
Between that I went into BB, a game he was also praising left and right, what I think of BB now is known. Probably one of my favorite FGs right now, next to CvS2.
So fast forward a month, BB had become the worst game in existence and I was using the cheap,broken and unfair characters. I was still learning the game and hadn’t set on a character yet. But I was playing Kokonoe at the time and was doing good against his Susanoo, to good for him.
So next thing was BBTag, which didn’t last long, cause he decided that Yang is completly invincible.
So we played Uni inbetween and he complained about Orie being broken with her Thrusts?
Oh and he went mad against me every other week, because of FFXIV.
And then came GBVS.
He was saying how he would absolutly dominate me in GBVS and wouldn’t let me get even a single game in.
It was release day, we didn’t even play a hour, he ragequitted, cause throwing fireballs with Katalina was to much for him to handle. As he was playing Metera. Metera. Problems with fireballs.
Apparently the only good FG, what was worth playing was Tekken 7, which was also bad, but had at least people to play with. Why was Tekken 7 good? Maybe because it was THE ONLY GAME, where he did win against me.
And I had to listen everyday how every character, except for Alisa, who he was playing, is unbalanced, broken and braindead.
He was also constantly getting at me, for making everything personal and having to turn everything into a contest. Note, he was the only person I had on my FL, who ever said this.
It turns out, he couldn’t stand losing, he couldn’t stand being wrong.
This guy has a massive inferiority complexe and the only way he knew he could handle this, was to get angry at others for literally nothing.
Hell, he got mad at me for watching anime with my girl, what I do every day for ~ 1 hour, mostly 3 episodes, cause we both love anime.
And he got mad, cause what we choose to watch, was all hot garbage.
Btw. he couldn’t name a single “good” anime according to him, since everything he liked, was garbage the moment someone else liked it.
I started playing Azur Lane after him like 2 months. He went crazy at me and deleted the game, because I was capable of reading tooltips and basically overtook his progress in two weeks.
Also, he loved Code Vein and God Eater.
Both games became absolute garbage after I bought and played them, both in co-op with him mind you. Because I was constantly carrying him.
After his last “explosion” I had enough and simply blacklisted him on everything I had.
I regret wasting my time with him.
@Dayaan I’ll start figuring out my laptop situation now but I was working on a music beat last night and today I listened to it and it reminds me of Eminem’s “We Made You” so now I wanna blow my brains out to prevent me from making any more music

There was a local guy is kinda similar. He’d play gamea and refuse to really learn much of them. Then when people started passing him by, he’d complain.
Dude is actually really good, but just has a scrubby mentality. Which has lead to some hilarious quotes from him over the years.
I see. I’m not sure how to regard an endeavour like that, but good luck with all of it regardless. Creative construction can be difficult.
SFV is so formulaic that it’s actually fairly easy to memorize these.
Most apps have color coded frame data too, so it’s a lot easier to remember.
