The Street Fighter 3poxy Strike: Everybody at home but SF5 doesn't have Netcode

If you stop trying to trying to sweep after you block a frame trap, you’ll get hit by less divekicks.

Edit: hahaha oh the man noticed. Well this is progress.

And let’s not forget Blue Mary, so easily forgotten.

Oh, and you’re getting Genei Jin’d by 3S Yun

You should still work on your defense against that but everyone gets opened up by that every now and then. He’s effectively in god mode when he does that.

I’m fully aware of my inadequacies…

I am married after all

Not overly fond of her, but I don’t hate her by any means.
She is pretty okay, just not in the same level of those other ladies. I much prefer B. Jenet over her.
Blue Marry suits Terry well, though.

In other news, after a March of painful injections for a torn ankle ligament, and the cracked rib in April that just a few days ago stopped hurting all the fucking times, today I woke up with a severe case of whiplash, very painful.
I have already made “not quite my tempo” jokes in my head, so spare me.

He got worked in the matches where I picked You Hou on accident too. My genei jin pressure is bad. I have a hilariously bum Yun. PlusFrames is basically learning how to play all around so there are certain things that he is learning.

His big problem right now is that he wants 3S Ken to be ST Guile. I should switch to Dudley so its more even. Dealing with divekicks is a different animal.

I don’t see them often in my area, but the other day I saw this pizza delivery dude with his pants down and his underwear showing. Pulling his pants up from time to time. WTF. Unhygienic as fuck. If I ever order food and the delivery person has his pants down, I am rejecting the delivery.

Sorry Pertho, can you elaborate on this a bit? Just curious as to how I’m not playing Ken right (aside from playing Ken poorly of course lol)

That sucks man. What caused the whiplash? Were you in an accident?

I miss magazines like this. Web page articles aren’t the same, but I understand they weren’t profitable

Round starts and you just hold back. Then random places you’re holding down back. You’re walking away out of certain situations more from bad habit than wanting to escape it. That’s why you’re walking yourself into corners without me doing anything. Then there are situations where you should be standing but end up sweeping a lot because you’re crouch blocking. You’re not gonna get a flash kick out of that ever. But you have that bad habit.

The downback thing is really common in the players here actually. I do it out of panic, a lot of guys do it out of strategy. You block everything except overheads so its comfy to be there. Problem is that you’re limiting a lot of your options by doing that. Its basically doing that in hopes people kill themselves trying to open you up. The problem is that unless you’re actively working on your defense, its a short term strategy. People are going to learn to crack you open before you learn how to do anything else.

You’ll get some short term Ws but its a bad habit to break long term.

I’ll need to get some games with y’all soon.

I think I’m going to try Urien out. Messed around yesterday and that dude has ridiculous pokes. Like his sweep and cr.MP are damn near half screen. And he has a step kick

That’s helpful. Thanks Pertho. I appreciate it.

I kinda wish, I would feel less shit about the pathetic state of my body. I woke up this morning to take my daughter to daycare, got back home and took a nap before work time and after an hour I had whiplash. Thankfully I still had the painkillers and muscle relaxants from the rib crack. so I got through most of my work day. Did not get a second dose sadly so by the end of the day I just wanted to die.
