There’s a lot of awkward movement toward diagonals and l/r. Because the movement doesn’t really stop, you have to be really clean to get good at it. My general sloppiness makes starting that climb harder.

The Melee button can have command normals, your ranged and your specials too. They can all do significantly different things too. So its just getting all of it down.

Some specials have commands to them to, 2 or 8 do different things.

Puttting it all together with the other movement is just a hell of a lot.

It’s insane to me how a small ass 5-people team over at Arika could implement rollback in FEXL after months of testing, and then rich big ass Bandai Namco basically goes and straight up says it’s too hard, so netcode in DBFZ will remain garbo until FighterZ 2 or whatever

Because they don’t want to, it’s that simple. As I said, developers will only do rollback for the sake of personal pride. Otherwise they simply won’t bother as they don’t believe it’ll affect the bottom line.
