I started back on Demon Souls.
MGS3 is basically a Prequel to the original Metal Gear 1 and 2, which are the Prequels to MGS1 and 2.
MGS3 is really amazing tho and looks very good for a PS2 game.
Could be why. Your first Souls is always your hardest⦠Usually.
I think Bloodborne wouldāve taken me WAYYYY longer to finish if I hadnāt beaten 3 Souls games beforehand.
Ah, MGS. Kojima got the idea for Big Boss after Snake Plissken.
And speaking of Plissken. enjoy his theme again in this glorious cover.
I have a question.
When will you start playing FFXIV?
I have, Juri, Chun, Cammy and Poison all rigged now.
So, probably not soon.
Do i really need to start playing it soon ?
I didnāt see Nero there, so yes, you do.
You think thats cool?
Look at the real cool did Big Boss did.
Donāt disrespect Plissken please.
Werenāt for him , Big Boss wouldnāt even be a thing.
Isnāt it the other way aroundā¦?
Escape from New York : Initial Release : May 23, 1981
The first game , Metal Gear , was released in 1987 for MSX home computers.
Are you talking to me? Not sure what youāre saying with that post.
If I remember correctly, Plisskin Snake is a clone of Big Boss.
I mean, itās pretty obvious that Kojima drew inspiration from the movies when he made Big Boss.
So that actually makes Snake Plissken the āoriginalā
The movie came out first.
I donāt follow your logic at all.
Plissken Snake is a clone of Big Boss. Big Boss is the original if anything.
I already have the emulator. Iāll have to see if I can find those games.
Homie, I canāt tell if youāre trolling or notā¦
The movie Escape from New York came out in 1981 a long with the character Snake Plissken, looks and all.
The first Metal Gear game came out in 1987 where āBig Bossā character was introduced.
So if thereās a 6 year gap between the movie and the game, who copied who ?
I donāt understand? Iām simply trying to, lol.
It sounds like youāre saying MGS2 Snake (Plissken) is the original Snake. If thatās not what youāre saying then yeah Iām lost. Iām not arguing about where the inspiration for Snake came from.
