Well, he isnt really much in the story, since is almost equally distribuited for the original cast.
So, since he is the more subdued when compared to the others, he will come across as just bland.
Fax. Was that Orie’s story? I remember checking it out and being annoyed at the gigantic exposition dump.

I don’t hate the other characters, Yuzu and Phonon look pretty neat but why would I not play the crazy looking beast that stretches, has akuma fireballs and a divekick, shits out mini demons for oki mix and can fly?

He didn’t get Personality in the Anime, cause all the Personality was saved for Djeeta in Episode 13.
Aka the only good Episode of the entire anime, it also summs the entire anime in 2 mins up.
I always wonderd why a Member of ATLAS would walk around outside of their hidden base in Egypt, that houses more magic secrets than the Clock Tower.
But Tsukuhime Timeline is different from Fates so eh.
