There are indeed a lot of stuff that your country has done, specifically during the cold war that was terrible.
For USA and the Soviets it was a cold war, but for places in middle east and latin america for example were real wars that were fought by proxy.
Just an example, in my country usa supported a military coup that removed the real president because your goverment feared they would be commies, and they then preceeded to massacre the people.
There were hundreds of thousands lifes that were lost during that time period.
It was like 8 years of terror.
It happened over all the region from the 70s up to the end of the 90s.
Everyone has at least one family member that died during that time period, and is something that affects the nations even today.
Even today you keep seeing that kind of shit.
Right now we are in the middle of a political crisis were the current “President” landed his 1st term via electoral fraud, and managed to gain a 2nd term which is illegal by constitution all thanks to the support of your goverment.
Only losing some of it because it is now revealed he has ties with drug cartels.
And i am sure that even today your educational system doesnt teach people about those kind of shit.

It doesn’t. No one here discusses the illegal invasion of Pakistani homes and businesses after 9/11, to no militant gain I might add. This is just standard. I’m starting to think the US is just another Russia in a different outfit.
The truth is that every country has its good share of shady shit done on the low key.
