Actually no.
They have been pushing for their brand for years.
The problem is like marvel back in the day, they sold the rights for series and movies back in the early 2000´s, which ended with a lot of projects in developement limbo in the hands of Sony and other production houses, while locking them out of making them happen.

Is until now that they managed to get the rights back that they are taking the full hand down approach, which is why they started their own inhouse movie and animation divisions.

Inform yourself instead of talking out of your ass.

I am bringing that up because all your praise was just the tired nonsense that amounts to nothing about the story and the writing, lol.
Also because the show creator went at large tirades doing a huge disservice to her series by attacking anyone on social media, alongside with a lot of her staff.

It is also very telling that the series didnt really live to netflix expectations which is why they pulled the plug early on it, forcing the staff to rush many plot points.
