You can make it plus with the proper spacing, point blank it’s minus 2.
That thing is -4 iirc.
Basically DPs, Sakura st. Lk and few others are the only punishes.

The first two moves triggered my PTSD.
You know how Urien whiffed his cr. jab? This is Ryu trying to punish any -3 move. It just doesn’t happen.

I still think she was the best character in season 1 based on how inordinately dangerous she was. Other characters hit really hard but nobody really put you in the same set of mix ups that she could and do it as quickly and efficiently.

Juri is kind of a bore of a person. SF5 Juri is wack gameplay and cringy attitude.
Kind of hilarious that people jump on Kage for being the edgy character but Juri is queen tryhard many times.

Juri and Cammy’s whole arc is stupid as hell and makes absolutely no sense.
