It’s nearly half a second start up while Ken’s is not half a second start up. It’s the slowest overhead in the whole game. If you get hit by it you deserve all of it. You can reactively jab it out or throw it before she comes down and even her smoke bomb setups for it telegraph her foot outside of the smoke.

Ibuki’s over has 28F of start up. It’s rather slow, yes, but not much slower than most overheads (22F or 23F of start up). There are days where I kind of want my character’s overhead to be 28F (even if just in V-Trigger) if it means comboing off of it and being -2 on block haha.

With all the betas they’ve had and the game still came out fucked up, I don’t see the reason for the delay. These idiots could have 20 betas and the game would still come out fucked. So they may as well give us the fucked version sooner rather than later.

except her overhead startup looks a lot like her RH, which causes confusion. it works for good reason. there’s no phenomenon why her overhead just so happens to be really useful. it seems you’re just defending Ibuki because now she’s top dog. it’s ok. we know you were an Ibuki fan way before she became #1 in S2.

The better Injustice 2/Rev 2 (or any upcoming fighter) ends up, the more other fighting game companies need to step up their product, which is extremely beneficial to us, the customer base.

People keep shitting on and hoping for other companies to fail, but don’t seem to grasp the simple concept that better games are great for us all.
