Esp if it had good juggle properties, this would make him a feared Dictator once again.

I think why he was a little toned down in sf4 was becasue he wasnt totally ;powered up and completely reformed when he starts his story… and that in SSF4 he would of been whoopin that ass for a year and fully powered up again… anyways thats what im hoping

also for a lk sk that has rediculous startup. c.lk that links as a "true combo"as Valle called it (has block stun like c.lp,c.lp,c.lp). an anti air normal that at least trades with shotos instead of getting outright beat.
maybe beef up the PC so hit has more damage/stun for reward…I got my fingers crossed!!!

This is going to sound ridiculous especially this late in the game but anyone else wish Bison had his slide as :db:+ K and that :d: + K was a normal sweep?

No SF3 takes places after SF2 and it alleges that Shadaloo was destroyed after SF2. This was all the case until SF4 came along and revealed that Shadaloo was not destroyed after SF2 and that Bison went underground and is biding his time while his enemies are busy dealing with SIN which is an offshoot of Shadaloo. In fact, one could infer from Bison’s SF4 ending that he masterminded the destruction of Shadaloo and the rise of SIN for some vague purposes that is yet to be revealed.

Usually when Bison, or Gill, or anyone powerful for that matter gets too out of hand, gouki steps in and Demons them dead. True story, look at SF2 and SF3: 2nd Impact.

Of all the characters that Gouki/Akuma allegedly killed or tried to kill with his demon only his master Goutetsu actually died. Gen, Gouken, Gill and now Dictator have all survived it by some means or another. Assuming the whole Gouki/Akuma actually defeating Bison in SF2 was not utterly retconned.

What I’m trying to say is Gouki/Akuma should get on his knees and suck Bison’s big fat evil cock.

SF3 was meant to be a completely new take on the franchise - devs didn’t want anyone from SF2 in it. It was supposed to be an entirely new cast.

Bitching from fans got Ken and Ryu put in (SHOOOOORRRRRYUKEN), and later in 3s Chun was added as well.

According to what I have heard it is an evasion move that powers up his next uppercut for the cost of one ex bar. Which I don’t know an evasion move suits sim not sagat.I am taking a wait and see attitude with the inclusion of so many characters Bison may get lost in the fold. Keno said in the podcast that Guile is still low tier.I was hoping a buffed guile meant a buffed Bison since they would not make that match up any worse hopefully.I want to get my hopes up but everytime I do I remember this is the guy that made fighting evolution. It would really be nice if they listed the major buffs and nerfs for characters so people who don’t main top tier charsaren’t left out of the cold.

A few days ago, an interview with Keno was posted where he talked about the balance changes in Super Street Fighter 4.

He mentioned that Guile was still low tier and made several other comments. This interview created a bit of a stir in the community, and Seth Killian recently responded to it on the Unity Boards.

Is Guile low tier in Super Street Fighter 4? Keno said you told him a lot of things in the interview. Also, when the players had time with it at USC, were they playing the most recent build, or did you not have access to it?

Seth Killian: Hey guys,

A few things. One, I <3 Keno, but was unfortunately misquoted in a number of places. Them’s the breaks, happens a lot.

That said, Guile feels more “Guile-y” to me, which I think is a good thing. A lot of the work on the game is not specifically around, “Let’s make this character #1!” but more about improving options and feel and fun for everyone. There will always be winners and losers in a rankings chart; if there weren’t disparities, the game would be a lot less fun, which everyone seems to forget immediately when they are talking about “There’s an imbalance!” but I digress.

Also, although Keno refers indirectly to playing the characters that were just announced today, that certainly didn’t happen with me ? the build at USC was exactly the same as the one showed at Fight Club in Las Vegas, with 4 masked character slots. There were a lot of people there, and this is quite clear.

Finally I’m not sure what you’re referring to about “not having access to the most recent build” etc. That would be… nuts. Possibly the confusion comes in because we’re often not able to show the most recent build, since creating builds that have some characters masked is extra work that takes time away from development, but of course my in-house materials are as fresh as it gets.

It really wouldn’t make sense for someone as important to dealing with the fan base, the press and the overall Street Fighter hype machine to not have access to every new build that comes through.

Seth: You guys do realize I do internal reviews on the game as well just talking about it, right? Maybe not? Anyway, that’s why it sounded nuts to me to suggest I wouldn’t have the latest build… Yes, I do more than just talk about Street Fighter.

Instead of the fake slide that people have been posting, I would rather just have a short slide. Would help him a lot to whiff punish when he doesnt have a charge. A fake slide would not help him in this game just because of the way the game is built.

Consistent EX psycho crusher through fireballs plzkthxbai. I dunno if I’m just timing it wrong or if it’s a lottery but I find myself going "But…it went through his fireball last time…why is Bison now sat on the floor going ‘ow’."
A bit more invincibility on Devil reverse would be nice aswell so that Shotos can’t jump up with their medium kick/light punch out and go “Ha! what devil reverse?” on the startup >_>

Or better yet…can we just have Alpha or Shin Bison back instead?
