Is Psycho Shotgun unblockable? Is it like a grab? He levitates towards his opponent, passing fireballs and lands next to them, if they are within the shockwave they get grabbed but can they block it if they are inside the shockwave?

I think it would be blockable, the thing would be broken otherwise. Also, how do we know that it can be connected off of target combo? Is that just wishful thinking or was it confirmed? (Doesn’t look likely)
Psycho shotgun doesn’t look THAT slow. Looks faster than a normal headstomp, I think.

I think they should add the moves that were in alpha like the psycho shot and fix the skull diver imo the alpha skull diver was better if they return that and make is a bit faster it should be cool,most importantly (i think this was mentioned befor) the psycho crusher its almost useless it can only be used as a punish link as for his new ultra from what i saw i think its cool it is effective and could be used in diffrent ways and from what i read it has a good recovery on the wiff moreover i think Vega (dictator) should a more powerful character than this; but hey thats just me saying.
its already been stated that Psycho Punisher can be blocked, and has to be blocked high.
Dunno if it has crossover properties, or what moves (other than jMPx2) combo into it.
if bison gets his paint the fence power he’s going to be top tier again.

i dont know why folks think paint the fence was a overhead. obviously didnt play cvs2 it was only good 4 custom and fb counter.
I dont think anybody thinks it was. It’s simply that if it were to make the transition to SF4, it should become one.
Similar to how Vegas “piece of mercury” became an overhead for super.
Bison relies on baiting fireballs, why the fuck would he ‘NEED’ a fireball counter move, it completely contradicts his playstyle.
Yes, he needs an overhead but it could be a command move like B/F+MP.
why would someone throw more than one fireball from a range where bison has charge and has meter? you’ll get to use that EX knee press maybe once in a match and that’s just because your opponent got sloppy. anyways, if shotgun is the fireball punisher we’re hoping for then bison doesn’t need any fireball counter specials other than EX scissors to punish the occasional dumb spacing on fireballs.
now, whatever new move bison may or may not get, it needs to be useful and not EX PC useful, different enough from scissors which is a good enough combo ender as is, increase bison’s mixup potential/offensive depth.
My wishlist/never gonna happen overhead would be one that :
-comes out relatively quick like chuns
-midscreen at max cr.short range moves him forward enough to get in a cr. short, st.short, st. roundhouse combo
-activates with backwards DP motion
-as wakeup meaty in corner, will put you right into the opponent’s face
- minus 1 on block forcing you to go on the defensive esp against chars with three frame normals (almost everyone)
- plus 1 or neutral on hit
an overhead like this would give bison so many solid and maybe even completely mindfucking “should I block low or high???” mixups. make the damage worthless because think about what kind of pressure/mindfuckery you could do with a tool like this as wakeup meaty corner traps/corner mixups after whiffing some cr. shorts:

i mean you can use your own imagination, eventually a reversal or counter move is going to come out just like you can’t scissor kick someone forever but on hit, different mixup combinations are kind of endless with an OH that would move him slightly forward. actually thinking about it now, a forward moving overhead with neutral or plus 1 frames would be almost OP in the corner. bison would likely rape anyone without a DP or command grab, like no escape whatsoever. so yeah not happening, but it was still fun to think up : )

Whats so hard about making it a over head? it already looks as if its one:? other cast members have overheads why not the original and final boss?
with the power to build meter and negate fire balls its far from useless.imo
