forgot to mention they need to change his taunts as well. More Psycho Power manipulation, like taunt #10, and keep the #1 laugh taunt, but lose the hat fixing taunts (which look fucked up when you’re using his hatless alt costume), and replace them with his throat slash taunt from when he wins by time.
The cape around his neck is lacking texture and is very flat. I was hoping they’d go for a cape wrapped around his neck and shoulders ala the Street Fighter V series. The Alpha and SF4 cape is too much of a super hero and not enough dictator. Either way, the moment he appeared in the video is definitely a highlight for me. <3

QCF+P: Psycho Ball
J,QCF+P: Air Psycho Ball
DP+P: Psycho Vanish same use as CVS, can used as a launcher also.
QCB+P: Psycho Impact Same use as CVS, EX can crumple opponent.
HCB+P: Psycho Field - same use as MVC2any new info on bison???
I’ve seen most other characters second ultras and craziness.

I never in my life played with a Gief or any characters like him, the only time I ever strayed away from Bison is to play with Rose cuz she sexy, I hope Bison’s 2nd ultra is a charge motion.

New Ultra, Command grab, he lifts 'em, shoots Psychopower like a gun through their stomach, drops 'em. If the lag didn’t deceive me. I main Bison, and I scarcely use Ultra 1, so I hope this’ll work well.

M.Bison’s new Ultra is actually an instant Head Stomp. The input for it is QCF, QCF + PPP. Once activated, you can control the distance of the head stomp like El Fuerte’s 1st ultra. Once he hits the headstomp, he then grabs you, lifts you up, shoots psycho power, and drops you.
You didnt catch the headstomp because it comes out extremely quick and he did it while reversing guile’s ultra so it was easy to miss
My stream didn’t show any headstomp, it probably lagged. It looked like a teleport into grab, picked up the opponent by the neck with one arm, then switched arms, pumped the other fist into the chset and then blew psycho cum all over Guile.

What worries me is that in Round 2, Bison counters Guile`s ultra again but this time his new ultra whiffs. Although i like the new ultra from an aesthetic point of view its still too early to comment on its potential usefulness. Disturbing that it missed the second time though.
