His normals are fine in SF4. The only normal I’d say needs some tweaking is j.mpx2, needs a slightly bigger hitbox IMO.
Scissors is godly in SF4, it’s actually better than it was in HDR/ST. PC needs a little improvement and so do HS and DR.

Scissors Kick is only better in SFIV if you never ever use it outside of block strings.
It’s almost perfect, but the fact he’s on the ground for 90% of the move fucks it up.
That’s not really a problem since the hit boxes don’t allow him to be hit by most low moves anyway.

Very true. It should be airborne after Bison leaves the ground making it able to go over sweeps…that would be so nice.

I can’t stress the ultra setup enough. like I am tired of seeing RYU, FA one of my normals as random to crumple me then he does F+HP, c.mp, c.hp, DP FADC tp ultra. it’s so gay and then like half my life is gone. how come we can’t like PC into ultra or something? and how come they can’t fix j.mp?
man just give me a few really effective tools and bison would be able to beat anyone.

I think he means corner specific stuff like Rufus can do tornado twice in the corner. I’d imagine if he got anything it’d be wall bounce stuff which would be cool. Maybe anti-air roundhouse could wall bounce? right now, for new moves I think it’d be nice if cr.fierce was a double hit launcher.
My dream ultra: mega psycho crusher. Ridiculously fast but punishable on whiff. Same movement as nightmare booster and the beginning animation is Bison teleporting off screen and then psycho crushering in. Depending on PPP or KKK, the psycho crusher will come from either side of the screen. PPP can be from the left side, KKK can come from the right.
maybe it’d be too powerful if it could basically catch anyone in the air? I still think it’d be awesome, maybe just make it low damage so it can be used as a comeback, i.e. even out the life. Boxer’s ultra when done off combos does pitiful damage but it helps him even out life or comeback at the end of a close round. I’d like it if it were something along these lines.

I’m not as concerned about low moves (except for Guile’s sweep - that used to be a free SK before) as I am about aerial moves (mostly cross ups) and getting thrown out of the move constantly.
