universal seems to be releasing all their hd dvd’s on blu ray so it probably will come
the movie looked pretty good and a lot of the scenes were new to me because i don’t think i ever watched that movie not on regular tv since it was always on

Just saw unbreakable which I haven’t seen since it came out and it’s better then I remembered, most notably the camera work was exceptional and really brought the comic book frame feel simply by focusing on a fixed position and having everything else in a given scene move around it.
The glass reflections on mr.glass was pretty dope too.
Yeah the tv version of Fast Times is radically different than the theatrical cut (which was R). Jennifer Jason Leigh is a total slut in the movie but the tv version tames her waaaay down

Saw Frost Nixon, jesus christ it was like they wanted to 1-up Crash in affected drama. Frank Langella was flawless as Nixon though. He really made you realize how much Nixon was exiled from society after his political career was dirt-napped. It’s probably why Nixon didn’t stick around too long after his wife died.
so, the golden globe noms came out today. normally, i don’t give a shit, but i thought it was funny that both tom cruise and rdj got nommed for supporting actor for tropic thunder. now i HATE tom cruise, but he was amazing in tropic thunder. nod worthy? who knows, it’s the golden globes, but i definately don’t have a problem with it…
