Just some friendly, edited advice - don’t watch the Quarantine trailer. I can’t say why really without spoiling the movie, and [Rec] itself. If you watch that trailer you will regret it later on, just trust me.
So far, [Rec] is my film of the year, and I recommend you skip the middleman and just pick it up.

It’s a huge fanservice orgy for existing fans, and arguably the most accessible film Kaufman’s ever made if you’re new (there’s an argument to be made for Cannibal! The Musical or Toxie 1, I guess).
I could be wrong but I didn’t think Quarantine was shot-for-shot, just a remake.
