Rashind for me aswell, feels like he’s always plus, even when he does safe but minus stuff he’s usually at a range where I cannot retaliate.
Rashid is probably her worst matchup. His whole gameplan revolves around forward moving attacks that can immediately stuff any attempt for her to store. Most being relatively safe or generally keeping him out of a punish that is scary enough to keep him from doing it again. Dictator might be second worst, but not as bad as Rashid.
I think most of her other matchups are slight disadvantage at worst. She’s just not scary enough to win very many matchups either. Think she beats a couple characters like Ryu and Fang.
I’m really starting to think she beats Abigail aswell, and any big slow character in general (Birdie, Zangief) is a decent MU for her compared to the rest.
Other than that I agree on Dictator too, my personal worst 3 would have to be
1.Rashid
2. Claw
3. Dictator
Claw might be my personal incompetence but if is not I think he’s worst than Dictator, I see the difficulties against dictator but I have trained a lot to AA Head press and Devil’s reverse with standing fierce (I used to believe crouching fierce was the way to go, but standing is much, MUCH better) so the MU is not too bad for me now.
An odd one is Boxer, I feel like I can outplay Boxer for days but when he hits me once is all for nothing so I don’t know if that’s to be considered a bad match-up. I have this feeling that most of my losses to Boxer could be avoided by not fucking up on defense when he has v-trigger or by killing him as soon as he does.
My top 3 are exactly the same. With Cammy in 4th place.
I just won against a dictator, I AA his head press twice in a row and he never used it ever again outside of V-trigger (which he wasted with me using v-skill to run away everytime he went for it, I think is a good strat so he doesn’t get in with frame advantage) When he has to rely on double knee press it’s much more manageable as a MU

Not surprising tbh. Their mistake was paywalling their mods, which is a grey area and Capcom is none too happy about it. You might draw parallels to how they banned V-League’s twitter account and shut down their stat tracking for SFV, only to introduce their own official stat tracking recently. But with the mods thing, it is a legal issue if people are earning money for costume mods. It’s a shame, but I did feel that this would happen.
Just ran into a Bison in ranked that wasn’t even that good and I was still on tilt (I won the set at least). I hate fight that character as Juri. He’s definitely up there with Rashid. No where near as troublesome, though.
I love the Abigail matchup. Unless something changes, I think Juri wins it with relative ease.
I would not rush to say that Juri beats Abigail with ease,keep in mind that this is still a pretty much unexplored character and tbh with his health pool and Juri’s low damage output, he can afford to take quite a few risks vs her and when you get hit,you know what happens.
It does not feel as bad as, Rashid, Cammy, Bison, Karin,Balrog but i would not count the big guy out just yet.
Today I tried some chars to move away from Juri, went Ibuki, Chun, Mika, Karin, Alex. None of them satisfies me.
Ibuki is ok I guess but I don’t think I can put in the time to learn her. I’ll give her more love tomorrow I suppose but I already miss Juri.
Yeah man… I’ve played Gief and Akuma since the dawn of time, but once SSF4 came out I became a Juri main. I still play those 2 a bit in every game, but always go back to Juri.
When Juri launched in SFV i was very salty about her redesign, i really considered switching to Urien as my main i also played Cammy since SFV launched but indeed none feel the same.
It’s no secret that i don’t have much love for SFV, truth is that i would hardly play this game if it did not have Juri.
Just want to post to let everyone know I don’t like the resdesign of her nostalgia and the punk schoolgirl look is still da bes
My personal favorites :
1 - Nostalgia, can’t top classic Juri with the current costumes she has ( even though it’s slightly changed )
2 - Default, i actually do really like her default SFV costume,color 8 the orange one is great
3 - Halloween , yellow costume
4 - Schoolgirl , black / white color ( i think it’s 7 , not sure )
5 - Premium, tanned color ( Elena )
Max salt moment : my actually favorite costume for her was her ALT 2 ( black color ) from SF 4. I hope they bring it back one day for SFV.
Juri has a lot of issues, but costumes are not one of them. She has a lot and looks great in all.

I love color 7 for the punk costume. I wish there was some purple accents as a throwback to her sf4 color 5… I loved my Devastator Juri.
After that I think I like all her suits about the same. I wish they all didn’t have to look like a fucking parrot puked on her, though. They all need more colors with white pants.
