The West just can’t make characters anymore that aren’t generic white people with guns, armored dudes in power suits, or High Fantasy Knights and Wizards… When is the last time the West made some decent non-human VG characters? Ratchet and Clank?

I think niggas only hate the Adventure games on the internet.I understand the issues with SA. I played it again earlier this year or last year, and it had some noticeable flaws. And I’ve also played SA2 in the past 2 years, and it was as fun as it was when I was kid. Like Sonic fans seem to have this “all post Sonic 3 games suck” mindset, that comes off as some weird elitist shit.
Like the series has had some weak games like Shadow, Heroes(due to physics). 06, and Chronicles. But to seriously say that the original Trilogy are the only good games is pure nonsense. Sonic can be fine in 2d and 3d just like Mario. It’s just that with 3d sonic there’s more experimentation, and mechanics that can be done, which can make it risk being a bad game, as opposed to 2d sonic which is essentially holding right and jumping sometimes. Y’all gotta relax lol
Sonic on rails with multiple paths is is a great formula. It’s why colors, lost world and generations are so good.
So the Sonic Boom show has been considered a success

The Worlds Unite Megaman/Sonic crossover event thats coming up next year in the comics is also going to feature Megaman X and Sonic Boom
I think they may use this event to jump off the Megaman X comic that people have been wanting. Then Ian Flynn gets to write the stories for 4 different comics.
My nephew and I have been enjoying the Sonic Boom show. Eggman is the real star of the show. He absolutely hilarious on the show. The episode where he got an non-paid intern was the best.
I also warmed up to dumbass Knux. I actually like that he gets in on the group’s shenanigans. That more than makes up for him taking a level in dumbass.
