Because I think a lot of the time Sonic games had shit voices but this game just rocked my shit in terms of quality acting. Credit where credit is dude, it’s not the best thing I’ve ever heard but in Sonic it’s amazing.

The rap music… I don’t like rap but the lyrics make you chuckle and it’s a good beat. It fits the whole running around treasure hunting thing surprisingly well.
I thought the voices in SA2 were good, with the exception of tails. We all know the Chao had the best VA though…can’t mess with that quality baby talk.

also yeah sa2 voice acting was still pretty bad in general. better than sa1 by far which is amazing in itself though.
Sonic Adventure 1’s voice acting is so bad that it’s comical.

Gotta love the fact that their mouths are usually still moving after they’re done talking, along with Sonic’s weird-ass facial contortions. Sonic Adventure 2 just sorta sounds like a bad B-movie.
I wanna find a way to that testing stage, it looks really fun.

Anyway it’s about Knuckles as a boss in Sonic Advance 2 and why does he attack Sonic.
His post(in a nutshell): Knuckles was tricked by Robotnik again.
My reply: Well, if you watch the cutscene, Knuckles doesn’t show any hostility toward Sonic after the battle. Knuxs does the Kanye shrug and mentions “something strange happened”. Sonic chalks it up as Eggman getting one over Knuxs again. I think Knuxs was brainwashed into fighting Sonic in that machine. Why else would he be piloting it instead of just fighting Sonic straight up like he’s done in the past?
His reply(in a nutshell): You’re thinking too hard. This might make sense in a console game, but not a handheld. Knuxs is kinda stupid, so it’s easy for him to get tricked by eggman.
I’m aware that Knuckles has been tricked by Robotnik numerous times, but it didn’t seem to be the same case here. I don’t know if there’s an official plot for this game, but I just wanted to get yall’s opinion.

I just picked up my comics though I haven’t had a chance to get caught up…I’m a little hyped to see the Megaman/Sonic crossover.
Edit: Also reading through the Sonic thread on Gaf and apparently Sonic Racing Transformed got an E10+ rating because a certain black hedgehog was heard spouting ‘Damn’. lol

Depends on who you ask.
It’s a “decent” game in its own right but as a game that followed after Sonic 3 & K it was a let down. Some of the gameplay seems to be a rehash of that Sonic crackers release via genesis rom. I don’t know how legit the rom is but I find that interesting none the less.

Personally I don’t have any intentions of going back to this game, though I do admire the art direction.
Knuckles Chaotix is the best spin-off game . . . if that means anything.
It’s my second-favorite game in the series, I love love loooove this game’s presentation and music and I wish Sonic 4 took more liberties from this game.
Forget that. They should have let you play as eggman from the chao stage. Fat guy jumping through space and slapping robot asses to blow them up? yes please
Chaotix plays better with co-op. Playing alone means having to drag the braindead AI across the stages like a weight (or carry them like in the speedrun above). Not even CPU Tails was that stupid.
It’s funny, because in the years I’ve been playing this game it seems like the gems and keys are in positions I’ve never found them in before.

I’d honestly be afraid to take the Speed Run lines in a 1 v 1 race. Considering how risky they can be, that’s just asking for hell.
leaderboards would be hacked anyway…the top ten with the most ranked wins would like this…9999999
I think the hunting stages would have more rage quits…immediate disconnect if someone picks meteor herd…lol
