Amazingly, i’ve never actually played Sonic CD, I need to though.
And for another game i’ve never played, I just bought Shadow the Hedgehog, so i’ll let you guys know how that goes.
We already know

Thanks for the link, this is top notch stuff
The same guy also did 8-bit soundtracks for Sonic 1 & 2: http://vgmdb.net/album/24187
as well as Sonic 3 & Knuckles: http://vgmdb.net/album/22098

I second this notion. At least the music for the game is good. Go ahead and post your thoughts though.
I just realized they put AoStH on Netflix…I’m actually watching that right now as I’m typing this. Now all they have to do is put SatAM on Netflix and it should be all good. It’s so sad that Long John Baldry died…
Finally got around to writing up my thoughts on Sonic Generations:

Long John was AoS Robotnik’s VA right?
…and Shadow the Hedgehog is not a good game (and this is putting it as nicely as possible). The OST is most likely better than the game though~
If they ever make a Shadow cartoon the intro should be a remix of this-

Yeah Long John was AoStH Robotnik aaaaand he also did the voice for captain capacitor in reboot.
lol…a shadow cartoon…
Episode 1: MARIAAAAA!!!
Episode 2: MARIAAAAA!!!
Episode 3: Maria?
In all seriousness though Shadow pretty much stopped the emo after the ending of his own game though. Too bad all character progress he made in 2006 didn’t happen lol. I do remember that when Mephiles told Shadow that eventually everyone was going to turn on him, he pretty much shrugged it off and he didn’t brood over the fact thatOmega told him that he was the one that sealed him in the future. I actually liked what they were doing with him by giving him a job with G.U.N.
Haha, well my idea for the cartoon would utilize the story from the Shadow game and use some elements from the Archie comics (Hope Robotnik being the ‘Tails’ of the team). Shadow would be a part of GUN along with Rouge and Omega.
…and maybe throw in a battle against King Shadow (from Mobius 30 years later shivers)
EDIT: watching Sonic Heroes’ Team Dark intro cutscene, and lol @ Omega’s movements looking rubbery.
Also SH Omega’s voice>Sonic 2006.
EDIT2:
‘ANNIHILATE CHAR ANNIHILATE CHAR’
sometimes sonic is so beautiful,
oh my god he’s just too beautiful
p.s. this is my 420th post.
420 Sonic Clique up in this mothercucker.

Alright, looks like the 2nd Sonic Universe TPB is going to be released soon =D

I recommend picking it up, granted the concept sounds pretty Fanfic-ish, but damn…the main villain guys THE MAIN VILLAIN.
Also it has
Silver being useful for the most part. Wonder if they’ll also include the pages that reveal who his master is >=3
that was just. Awesome!
:3
I need some advice from you Sonic pros.
I’m thinking of purchasing Adventures 2, I want to know which console to purchase it for. Which version is more common and costs the least. I seen the GCN version go up to $30 for just the disc and $70+ for the case and manuals too.
I thought he was gonna die when he glided into the water.
I haven’t heard anyone ever say the DC version of SA2 was better than the GC version. All I know is the GC version runs a bit faster, has slightly tighter controls and has a more comprehensive Chao Garden (which is a selling point for most). I don’t recall anything else being different. I’ve only owned the DC version and have played the GC one once.
I found SA2 Battle for the GCN at my local gamestop for $15, disc only.
I personally hate it if the games I purchase aren’t in their original packaging. I think I’ll wait it out until one of the independent gamestores gets a copy in. Don’t care if it’s DC or GCN.
Gameplay wise nothing really changed between the DC and GCN version of the game. The majority of the changes are in the Chao garden (which has a much better presentation) and of course the expanded multiplayer modes. Story mode was pretty much left untouched though, but I think it does run better on the Gamecube.
The Gamecube version is probably the definitive one, but honestly if you’re just interested in the story mode then the DC version is going to be just fine, especially if it’s cheaper.
