The GCN version is much cheaper, since I found out it’s much more common than the DC version.
Try playing the game on the Dolphin emulator. Dolphin can output Wii and Gamecube games in good HD resolution.
Actually, I got the GCN version for $10 off my friend, and it has the case and manual. It’s a somewhat different experience than the original DC version.
But yeah, the movement is incredibly tight since it has to accommodate the bullshit octagonal pseudo-gate that all Nintendo analog sticks have. Oh well, I’ll get used to it overtime. Definitely thinking of picking it up for the Dreamcast though because it’s the original version, and it was one of my first games for the DC
All I ever owned on the DC was SA1, SA2 and CVS1. I still have them. I’d only part with CvS1 maybe.
Sonic Shuffle is also worth trying out just for the fraudulent AI.

Also, managed to ask Ian Flynn some questions regarding the comic and he responded ^_^v.
He mentioned how the Collected editions are selling fine which was really nice to learn about. I also asked him behind why Bean is an amazing wacko and mentioned how it had to do with how he seen him in the Sonic fighting game, plus his Theme pretty much reflects his wacky personality-

I thought that game was good, but the AI opponents could see your cards when you couldn’t see theirs. Unfair shit.
Sonic Shuffle was good when you had people to play it with, Super Sonic was banned imo…

I played a 4 player game of Sonic Shuffle ONE time and we had a blast. Like everyone above said, it’s the busted, cheating AI that ruined the experience for less than 4 players. It’s a shame really because I thought Sonic had a lot of potential to have a cool party game franchise.
I enjoyed the first Mario and Sonic game and it was much easier to find people to play since I knew a lot more people with wiis. Did any of you get the new Mario and Sonic? If so how was it? If I pick it up I’ll probably get it for 3DS. I want Sonic Generations for 3DS though…bah, too many games out.
A legit Sonic and Mario party game would be fun. Not sure about the Olympic games. I heard the first one’s bad.
Do those games had online multiplayer? I saw the little wifi icon on the upper-right corner of the box.
It’s not that it’s that bad, I mean it’s the usual Mario Party fare, it’s just that the tutorials were way confusing. Literally I think the running explanation was like 5 or 6 pages and all you had to do was waggle the wiimote and nunchuck up and down like you were running. From what I remember it seemed like there was always an easier way to do things outside of the way they were describing them.
I think the new ones are supposedly better but I haven’t tried them yet.

There was an update but I’m not sure what the details are of what it changed.
The Casino Night DLC is becoming available for the Steam users soon I think. I suspect that they’ll put it on the marketplace for all the users that didn’t get it as a preorder bonus as the first DLC.
I also saw screen shots of Sonic Generations shirts for the Xbox avatars so we’ll probably be seeing that soon as well.
Sonic Universe 34 was pretty good and action packed [spoiler=]The Battlelord does not fuck around, and I hope to see Battlelord vs. Sonic in the next 2 issues \m/[/spoiler]
