How much is Sonic CD gonna be sold for? Under 10 dollars?

Most are saying 10 dollars. Which I think sounds appropriate since this is more than just a ROM and emulation. Apparently the game has been completely rebuilt using an engine developed by a previous fangame maker. The game is going to be widescreen without any stretching or zooming and the stages have had things added in some areas to accommodate Tails’ ability to fly. I think all the music and sound effects are being redone from the original sources provided from Sega as well. Both US and JP soundtracks will be available which is a big deal for some players because they’re radically different.
This re-release is gonna be awesome :tup:
If it’s a download title, expect $15, minus five because it’s old–ten dead presidents.
Wasn’t there something like a “missing” folder in the Sonic CD PC version? Numbered something like 01,03,04 or something I forget. Did they ever figure that out?
Hey guys, I was wondering if I get Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles off the Xbox Marketplace, could I play them together like back in the day when you connected the two cartridges?
Yeah if you’ve bought them both start up S&K and then go to the extras menu, Sonic 3+Knuckles will be selectable there. If you got the Sonic 2 ROM it’ll let you do S2+Knuckles as well.

the 360 allows you to play Knuckles in Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles?
How come we don’t get this for PS3 as well? Are SEGA trying to make me buy 3 games so I can play the full ver. of Sonic 3&K? >=(

You can’t do it on PS3? That really sucks. Did you dig around in the menus? I didn’t know about it myself until a few months ago when I was messing around and found the extras menu.

I figured it out one day while messing around through the menus. I remember being pissed that Sega didn’t include the game in the Genesis collection, and then finding it a moment later.

oh man, THAT game. I would love to see it get ported sometime, but not likely what with the trackball issue. but then again, if Sonic the Fighters can get ported then anything is possible I guess.
