I find that, in moments of desperation, it is preferable to hang socks in the bathroom during a shower rather than resort to the clothing iron (hereafter referred to as the “iron”). Though I used to be a major proponent of the “iron,” I now question its ability to appropriately capture the creases and smoothness of the sock, plus the possible connotations of evil associated with its use. My iron has been collecting dust.
Are you going to be copying that same post in every thread, substituting “iron/GFG” with whatever is relevant?

So I was wearing socks yesterday, and I stepped in dog vomit. I took the sock off, washed it, bleached it, and hung it in the shower. I spent the rest of the evening with one sock on and one foot sockless, which even included putting shoes on (one over the sockless foot) and driving home, my foot growing progressively stinkier and sweatier. Has this ever happened to anyone?
Not exactly, but there have been times when I have no socks and have to wear shoes. Not a pleasant experience. My feet hardly sweat, but when I got sockless my feet smell like ass to the maximum. I hate it.
